December 17, 2020 understanding my ego and doing the shadow work.
Everyone has their own version of their best intentions - The Ego is no different. The Ego is the part of your consciousness that interprets the world you are perceiving and your identity within it. When the Ego is healthy there are no illusions and the truth is clear. When the Ego is unhealthy it will misinterpret, misconstrue, and misdirect your fears, worries, and anxieties in an attempt to match what your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual vibration can handle - in all attempts to protect and serve you. In this podcast I share how my Ego has helped me positively, how it has restricted my growth, what it took for me to recognize the inconsistencies in my life, and where the relationship is heading now.
and SORRY it's been a hot minute bc i had other commitments and responsibilities BUT im back and im betta YUM. I started a new job and finals was KICKING MY ASS DUDE (but you know I always got it HAHAHA).
In all seriousness there was a lot of work within me that I needed to focus on. I found myself within a present reality that I did not recognize, and that realization shook me to the core LOL. I felt so inbetween worlds where one foot was barely on the 3D and the other was just in a completely foreign dimension (NO JOKES I WILL MAKE A VIDEO ABOUT THE VISIONS AND MAGIC IN MY LIFE. It's virtually impossible for me to not share my spirituality and the metaphysics of everything that I have learned lmao.) A lot of it had to do with releasing the past, removing my fears about the future, remembering parts of me that I repressed, realizing the present reality, recognizing, accepting, integrating the change - YEAH IT'S A LOT. Even though I stopped uploading for a quick second I never stopped documenting the process of all of this change, I'm ready to share where I've been and who I've become.
My wish for you is that you guys gain enough courage to be your true, authentic self. Healing isn't easy, healing is definitely scary, and sometimes it is exhausting. In spite of it all, my wish for you is to understand that you are an investment worth developing. Allow yourself to thrive and you will.

November 29, 2020 admitting that I knew nothing to begin understanding everything.
No definition or label will ever be able to truly understand the layered complexities that make you, you. You are not one way or the other, you are nothing. You are free to grow, change, adjust, and adapt to whoever you wish to be, for whatever time that it works, when it works. Then when it doesn't work repeat the cycle again. Attaching yourself to certain narratives or identities is pointless because you are always changing anyways. Then when it doesn't work repeat the cycle again. Accept that you don't know everything so you can begin understanding everything.
Everyone has their own version of their best intentions. You will continually make the best mistakes in every instance of your life. You will do the best that you can with all that you know in that moment. If you allow yourself to, accept that you are in this continuous cycle of rebirth and death, then what follows is rebirth and death, and after that - rebirth and death. Give yourself permission to enter the unknown. Be confident knowing that you will always figure it out, you will always make it out perfectly fine - just as how you have been living up to the point that you are reading this message right now, now, now, now, and now.

November 28, 2020 the difficulty with walking away from fear and aligning with love
Often times we find it to be so much easier to hate. It is so simple to describe emotions, actions, behaviors, people, and situations with one line and leave it as so. It is difficult to understand the multilayered parts that go into anything we encounter. True strength lies in the ability to understand the narrative of a situation as it truly is. Vulnerability is a strength. Love is the power that makes you fearless to move forward. Allowing yourself and others to live life the way that they want (without immorally harming others) is what makes life so beautifully invigorating. Open your heart and let life happen for you.

November 28, 2020 things to learn from disappointing relationships
relationships are complex. sometimes they are immensely rewarding, sometimes they are devastatingly painful. regardless, there's always a lesson to be found within any relationship that you've been through. healing isn't linear and it is okay to admit that you aren't okay. you gotta feel it to heal it. forgive yourself for the mistakes that you made in the past, and allow yourself to continually make mistakes. open yourself up to opportunities of happiness. you deserve to choose happiness. don't turn to hate to be okay, return to the light. remind yourself of your true, loving, and compassionate nature.

November 28, 2020 diving into the visions of my subconscious
I see images and stories like this all the time, but this was the first time I trusted what I was seeing and felt confident enough to share it. In the end I got a valuable and freeing narrative. By the way I tried to describe this the best way that I knew how I promise LOL. I am posting this here as a podcast a month after I initially posted it on YouTube, and since then the visions have only gotten clearer, complex, and increasingly insightful. I can't wait to share everything else that has been going on.

November 28, 2020 my journey through religion and spirituality
this is just the start of anything right but it's been a good journey so far. this is more of the straightforward, simple, and on the surface explanation of how I began a journey that completely changed my life. as we continue down this road together I will retell more in depth and dynamic storytimes involving my journey with the Universe. the things that I have experienced with Source might seem crazy to some, but at this point I would be crazy to believe that there isn't more outside of this 3D, tangibe, material world.

November 28, 2020 a wonky yet wise meditation guide
All you will ever have is you in this moment right now, now, now, and now. Your energy is valuable and your time is precious, so don't waste it on mindsets, people, and situations that don't serve you. No one else can heal you, that is a conscious choice only you can make. Change is inevitable, transformation is optional. Take control of your mind, heart, body, and spirit through meditation. Simply sit and breathe. When you give yourself the time to reflect you will always find clarity. Understand that the goal is not to remove your thoughts, but to only be aware of them. Only then can you declutter your mind. How can you remove toxicity within your life if you can't even define it? Find it in yourself to build the courage to heal. Respect yourself enough to deserve better. Take everything day by day. When you minimize your goals to focus on just right now, in this moment, today; in no time you'll realize you have traveled farther than you could ever imagine. You earned the right to know yourself. You earned the right to love yourself. You earned the right to be happy.
