On this week’s podcast episode, I bring on one of my really good friends and personal training clients Terra Little. She’s a Mom of two kids ages four and two, she works full time and like many of us, got to a place of exhaustion from a lack of self-investment. She came to me about a year and half ago with the goal of losing weight, tightening and toning, but in a way that could help her make a permanent lifestyle shift. She’d done crash course systems in the past with their short-term results and was ready for something that could truly be achievable in her current season of life.
