It's been one of those days. It's a Monday, and I guess that's why right? No matter Monday, Tuesday, or any other day once in a while, we need to barnstorm ADHD instead of brainstorming. Listen in to find out why! 

I'm not a journaling type of guy. I've done it in the past and it didn't do anything to help my ADHD. If anything it goofed me up more, so I don't journal. That doesn't mean you shouldn't journal. We're back, but first, an apology. I made the mistake of changing the name when I thought we were going off track with our information. It was all my idea to change the name to bring in new listeners, not push away our regular friends. What I did, though, is just that, I pushed away our original friends, and I want to make up for that. So we're back talking about ADHD all the time.
