Are you full of wishes, dreams, or ideas, but it never really seems like it's the "right moment" to start?!? Are you waiting around for the perfect moment, for "God's time", or to be in a state in which there will be no risk, fear, or doubt?
Starting something new is scary. In this episode, I talk about some of the points of resistance that might be preventing you from starting: comparison, fear of failure, and the overlooked fear of SUCCESS.
If you feel like you're never ready to start, maybe now is the time. Come have a seat at The Adults' Table.

On this episode, host Fernanda Rodrigues talks about the intention behind this podcast, who it is for, what to expect, and her background.
WHAT/WHY: For accountable young adults craving authentic, actionable self-knowledge content. Through short solo episodes of 10- minutes and 1-hour+ interviews, host Fernanda Rodrigues sparks reflection with digestible insights and a touch of "borogodó."
WHO: Hi, I'm Fernanda. :) I'm a proud Brazilian, born and raised in Minas Gerais, and currently based in Chicago. After losing a family member at a young age, I became really interested in self-help content and started diving into psychology. I'm over the "romanticized" approach to self-knowledge and the idea of "healing" as becoming someone better than you are, rather than truly mastering the art of being yourself. I've always been a communicator – studied Public Relations in college, and have been in tech sales for 10 years, where I've learned a lot about human connections and business.
