I take you behind the scenes of Wellist Week in Miami, the first ever large-scale gathering bringing together founders, investors, scientists, clinicians, creators, and brands shaping the wellness economy.
First, I share my recap of the five AI panels I sat in on, covering everything from healthtech personalization and longevity science to digital twins, brand credibility, and what AI adoption actually looks like inside organizations right now.
Then I sit down with Dr. Antonio Vasaiely, Chief AI Officer at Beyond Pilots, for a grounded conversation about where companies really are with AI, what agentic AI means for wellness and longevity brands, and why personalization is about to raise the bar for everything.
Finally, I speak with Kunal Sood, founder of AudacityAI, about consciousness, leadership, infobesity, and why the most important thing any founder can do right now is get their story right before they train anything else.
Two very different perspectives. One complete picture of where AI and wellness are headed. In this bonus episode between seasons, I am bringing you inside those conversations.

I’m taking you inside what happened when I finally reactivated Claude Pro and started setting up my AI workspace in real life. I’m breaking down the bigger shift underneath this move, why Claude has been making headlines lately, what the launch of Claude for Small Businesses signals, and why I think the more useful question is no longer which platform is better, but what role each one plays in the way we actually think, create, and run a business.
This episode is also about the habits underneath AI adoption. I talk about why file naming protocols, folder structure, desktop organization, and clearer workflow language matter more than ever once AI starts living closer to your workspace. I also share why more people may need to rethink calling themselves non-technical as job titles, resumes, and the language of work continue to change.
This one is for founders, creatives, marketers, and AI-curious professionals who are starting to realize that the next level is not just better prompts, but better structure, better systems, and a setup that supports the way they actually work.

In this solo episode, I’m taking you inside my real-time transfer from ChatGPT to Claude. I’m breaking down why Claude is having such a major moment, what’s changing in the AI platform landscape, and how I’m thinking about rebuilding my own AI setup with more intention.
I also walk through the basics of what all these new AI workspace terms actually mean, including Claude Projects, Skills, Connectors, Plugins, Claude Code, Cowork, slash commands, and tasks.
This episode is not about saying one tool is good and the other is bad. It’s about understanding the bigger evolution happening across AI platforms. I also share my current setup approach, including how I’m cleaning up ChatGPT memory and projects, deciding what context matters, creating new Claude Projects, building brand voice guidelines, adding Skills slowly, testing simple Tasks, and avoiding the temptation to overbuild too early.
This episode is for founders, creators, marketers, podcasters, and AI-curious professionals whose ChatGPT or Claude workspace is starting to feel messy, and who are realizing the real unlock is not just better prompts, but better setup.

I’m taking a moment to reflect on what season one of the show has revealed to me, not just about AI, but about work, business, reinvention, and the kinds of conversations people are truly hungry for right now.
In this solo episode, I’m sharing a few reflections from season one, some of the patterns I’ve been noticing, and a look at where the show is headed next as I begin shaping season two.
I also talk about what’s coming up next, including my coverage from Wellist Forum and eMerge Americas here in Miami, and why those two worlds feel like the perfect bridge into the next chapter of the show.
After a full season of interviews, one thing has become really clear: the strongest conversations were never about tools for the sake of tools. They were about what people are building, how they are thinking, and how work itself is changing.
From CTOs of unicorn companies to student builders, this season showed me just how wide the doorway into AI really is and how many people are using this moment to rethink the way they create, earn, lead, and build.
If you’ve been listening and want to help me shape season two, I’d love your input.

I sit with Jessica Campbell, product designer, creative technologist, and founder of Creative Currents, to talk about vibe coding, the future of work, and why this shift matters far beyond tech.
Jessica shares how she first stumbled into vibe coding by accident and why the real magic starts before you ever prompt. We get into design thinking, starter prompts, onboarding flows, version control, deployment, and what it really looks like to build as a non-technical creative in public.
I also talk about the bigger picture: how AI is changing the barrier to entry for building digital products, why more people are creating niche tools for their communities, and how vibe coding is opening the door for founders, creators, and curious builders.

I went live at Biohackers World Los Angeles, bringing you conversations from the expo floor at the intersection of AI, health tech, diagnostics, and personalized wellness.
First, I sit down with Paul Denslow, CEO and co-founder of Intus Bio, the company behind GutID. We talk about the microbiome as one of the biggest untapped frontiers in health, why collecting data is not the same as understanding it, and how AI is helping decode massive sequencing datasets to support prevention and more personalized care.
Then I grab coffee with Dr. Stephanie Tran, founder of Modern Human MD, who shares how her clinic is using AI-powered heart scan technology to identify cardiovascular risk earlier and more precisely. She walks through a powerful patient story.
I also catch up with David Korsunsky, founder of Heads Up Health, who I first interviewed at Biohackers World Miami. He breaks down the current state of AI adoption across patients, doctors, clinics, and the broader healthcare system.
Finally, I have a candid conversation with Rori Montali a speaker and healer who shares how she built her own AI clone to support her thinking, business, focus, and decision-making. She opens up about how this tool has helped her navigate ADHD.
From AI-powered heart scans and microbiome testing to clinical AI agents and even personal AI support for focus and ADHD, these conversations show what happens when artificial intelligence moves beyond tutorials and into real human use cases.

I sit down with Eduardo Siman, founder and CEO of Worldsphere.ai, a Miami-based company using computer vision to better understand hurricanes and improve risk assessments, insurance intelligence, and evacuation decisions.
Eddie shares how his path into AI started through enterprise software, angel investing, and an obsession with computer vision before eventually leading him into hurricanes and the mission behind Worldsphere.
We talk about how Hurricane Andrew shaped his personal connection to this work, how AI can translate satellite imagery into hurricane wind fields, and why integrity, human oversight, and scientific rigor still matter in high-stakes AI.
If you’re interested in AI beyond chatbots, this episode is a fascinating look at climate, risk, enterprise software, and the future of building with purpose.

I sit down with Kelli Lewis, an outsourced CFO, author, and wealth coach for small businesses, to talk about the unsexy stuff that makes a business run: the day-to-day financial operations and the systems behind them.

We talk about how Kelli uses AI to streamline her team’s workflows, turn meetings into action, and reduce the constant back-and-forth that keeps businesses stuck in financial chaos.
We also get into what most people skip: the prompts. Kelli breaks down the kinds of questions to ask AI when you’re trying to get your finances under control, from organizing bank activity to clarifying what’s actually happening in your business each month.
