First-time Roar guest, though long-time Albion supporter Nick Buckwell joined Ady and Al in the Open Market studio for his take on our first proper visit to Wembley for 28 years.
Argus sports writer Brian Owen also joined in the discussion on the Manchester City game, and a look forward to the rest of the season.
We also had show sponsor Phil Shelley on air from his vehicle as he announced the 100,000th shirt on oldfootballshirts.com, a nice little cricket-alike shirt from the Spanish fourth tier.
A packed studio of silliness glossed over the Southampton debacle and the more expected Chelsea defeat. And we looked forward with bated breath - and some trepidation - to our first FA Cup semi-final in 36 years.
Albion deputy chairman Paul Barber joined us from Wembley for his and the club's take on the season.
Phil's Shirt of the Week is from South America.
This week, we are joined once again by football finance boffin / egghead / guru / expert Kieran Maguire. Birmingham / Bolton and Blackpool's woes all discussed. As is Kieran's sharing of a dressing room with Wardy and Nelse.
Ady had a chat with ooh, Gary Chivers ahead of the Chelsea match, and we also returned the compliment to The Ugly Inside the former fanzine, now video podcast of Southampton fan Freddie Hunt.
Until April 6, Graham Moseley is the only goalkeeper to have ever played for Brighton & Hove Albion in the FA Cup Semi-Final, though it wasn't HIS first Semi-Final. He joins Ady in talking about his time here, and that sweltering day at Highbury in 1983.
We are also joined by Max Cooter, University Challenge winner and, more pertinently, multiple REMF Quiz winner, who had to watch the FA Cup Quarter Final in a house of split loyalties.
Shirt of the week is from Paddington Bear country.
Marcus and Piers joined Ady and Al in offering their thoughts and reflections from two sides of the pitch after Brighton beat Palace at Selhurst Park.
And we looked ahead to the FA Cup Quarter Final at Millwall.
Plus we were joined by former Albion midfielder Robert Codner, who told us about how he came to be at Brighton, the 1991 Play-Off season, and what Solly March, whom he represents, is really like.
Brian Owen (Argus) and Steve Bailey (Brighton & Hove Independent) give their views on Albion's win at Selhurst Park immediately after the game.

Football journalist Nick Szczepanik joined Ady & Al in Kemp Town to talk about the Huddersfield game, VAR, and interviewing opposition journos.
On the eve of the Palace v Brighton match, and on the day the Robert Eaton Memorial Fund donated £2,500 to Croydon FC to help pay for the damage to their clubhouse, we invited Jim Daly of the Palace podcast and fanzine 'Five Year Plan' on to the Roar to discuss the rivalry, and to test him and Ady on their respective clubs' knowledge.
Phil Shelley's Shirt of the Week comes from the Kingdom of Belgium.
The blondest footballer ever to play for Brighton & Hove Albion, John Templeman, joined Ady & Al in Radio Reverb's Open Market studio.
The season so far, the toughest opponent John ever had to face, and Mark & Spencer underpants, and more - all up for discussion.
Shirt of the week comes from Brazil.
In the week where the Oystons were legally removed as directors of Blackpool FC, the chair of the Blackpool Supporters' Trust, Christine Seddon, joined Ady and Al on air to tell us the brief history of their involvement, and what the immediate future holds for the club.
This was part of The Albion Roar, broadcast on Radio Reverb 97.2FM in Brighton & Hove on 2nd March 2019.
Join us for the second hour and a bit of Andy Rollings and (mostly) Chris Cattlin live from Rialto Theatre in Brighton.
In this show, Chris talks about his time as manager of the club, featuring those players he signed - and the big one who got away. Plus Rollo show his appreciation for the fans of the Albion, especially those who did so much so save it in its darkest hour.
Shirt of the week was a nightmare, and Al was dutifully stitched up.
