I break down the numbers on what you can make buying a house and selling it 10 years later. Is it really a GREAT deal? Or is it just a good deal? Or is it EVEN a good deal? These are the questions you should honestly ask yourself. After taxes, paying a broker, repairs, interest payments…how much do you really make with a house? Is it the American Dream???
