In this episode, Dr. Mikel Del Rosario of the Moody Bible Institute talks with Holly Pivec and Dr. Doug Gievett about what EVERY Christian should know about the New Apostolic Reformation and related practices which can distract Christians from pursuing God and raise suspicions about the reasonability of the Christian faith in the public square. Many Christians wonder: Is God sending new prophets with new revelations? Did Jesus do miracles for us to copy him? Does the Bible teach Christians to "Decree and Declare" things in prayer? Learn about the DANGEROUS new movement that many Christians don’t realize they've joined–a counterfeit kingdom of false prophets and wannabe miracle workers.

http://apologeticsguy.com Has the Bible been changed over time? Was the Bible REALLY corrupted or tampered with? In episode 7 of the Apologetics Guy Show, Drs. Mikel Del Rosario, Peter Gurry, and Kurt Jaros discuss the nature of changes and differences we find in the wording of the handwritten copies of the Bible that have ben discovered, focusing on how well the message of the New Testament has been preserved. While scribes may have changed the exact wording in the copies they made, we have not lost the message of the Bible!
Note: When textual critics talk about errors, they mean scribal changes or mistakes in copying (not theological or historical errors). The doctrine of inerrancy is not at stake in discussions of textual criticism. Join us for a lively discussion on the topic of Bible changes and see what scholars say about textual criticism, the New Testament, and why we can still trust the Bible.
