Sarah Kendall is the star and creator of hit new show Frayed, which has just been nominated for five top telly awards in Australia (the Aussie equivalent of the Baftas)!
The writer, comedian and actor talks about the importance of finding your tribe - something Sarah did when she joined the comedy circuit.
And stay tuned for a podcast twist at the end!

The good doctor - Dr Megan Rossi - makes for a glorious guest on the Balance podcast.
The loveliest Australian to hit these shores since Hugh Jackman talks gut health, well-being and a whole heap more.
Dr Megan's book Eat Yourself Healthy is out now and is, frankly, brilliant.

And that's the half century! We celebrate 50 episodes of the Balance podcast with a belter: Brittany Runs A Marathon star Jillian Bell and writer/director Paul Downs Colaizzo.
The themes of this film are so pertinent to us at Balance: personal development, self belief, cutting toxic friendships, goal setting and so much more. And so what a thrill it was to be able to chat with Jillian and Paul about a very special movie.
Brittany Runs A Marathon is in cinemas from 1 November - we strongly recommend you go and see it.

Balance bows down to Hollywood royalty for a very special episode of the podcast as we are joined by awards magnet Regina King (three Emmys, a Golden Globe and an Oscar - and that's just for starters!).
Regina is star of the new smash TV show Watchmen, inspired by the seminal graphic novel. You can watch now on Sky and NOW TV (it is flipping brilliant!).
We talk race, which is a key theme of Watchmen (the opening is inspired by a shocking, real-life incident that took place in Tulsa in 1921), as well as intuition, spirituality and Time's Up.
And Balance gets to personally congratulate someone who has essentially been on a hot streak since 1991 (if you're going to make your big screen debut, how about making it in Boyz N The Hood?!).
As ever, please get in touch at [email protected] and [email protected].
And huge and heartfelt thanks to Regina and everyone who made the chat possible.

We welcome the wonderful Dr Sarah Jarvis to the Balance podcast - and what fun and informative company she was too.
The good doctor - who has become quite the star of TV and radio (and Dr Sarah explains how all of that happened) - gives lots of tips and advice on how to live a happier and healthier life.
Dr Sarah is a Dove brand ambassador. To find out more about skin microbiome, please click here.

Ryan Libbey throws down a marker for "the person you'd most like to take home to meet your mum".
The influencer, PT and former Made In Chelsea star makes for wonderfully candid company, as he reveals how exercise helped him win much-needed confidence. He also opens up about not wanting to appear on the hit E4 show, and explains what he's been up to since.
We like Ryan a great deal, and it was really lovely to spend some quality time with him.

We sit down with the hilarious Charlie and Daisy May Cooper from the multi-Bafta winning comedy smash This Country.
Please note - the conversation does get a little blackly comic in parts! We've slapped "Explicit" on this one!
They talk candidly about catching that big break, what went on at the Baftas (and who ran away from them) and, vitally, we talk about ghosts. Yes, really. Ghosts. They are a total delight (Daisy May and Charlie, rather than actual ghosts).
