Melissa left her job as a pharmacist, followed by some emotionally difficult years. She is the mom of two young children. She would like to return to work once they enter kindergarten but does not want to go back to her previous career. She loves drawing and wonders if there is a way to grow that passion. (8:10)

Lindsay is also a mom of two young children. She has a long history of working in hospitality and is also a yoga teacher. She would like to find a career where she does not have to work nights and is thinking of real estate and/or becoming a feng shui consultant. She wonders which to pursue. (19:00)
