Be sure to document your processes and automate your system so that you can bring people in to manage systems while you focus on growing the business.

Once you've hired someone to work in your business it is your job to constantly review your company's vision. Think big picture, monitor the key performance indicators and build your business like a machine to 6 figures and beyond.
