She was induced after her water started leaking, and after a 25-hour induction, her daughter arrived. She was exhausted, but so grateful! For centuries, women gave birth at home and it's only been in the past 100 years that birth was brought into the hospital! Now many of us are raised with the mindset that birth outside of the hospital is pretty radical, but is it?

As someone who used to doubt homebirth, I love sharing my journey and passion for homebirth because it truly is such a beautiful thing! However, if you are not in the place where homebirth feels right for you, THAT's OKAY! I don't want this to feel critical in any way, but rather to shed light on the beauty and truth that homebirth is because it truly is a very safe option for MOST women!!

Regina is a Christian and a mom of 3, and she had all birth unmedicated! The 1st birth was a traditional hospital birth where she realized she knew next to nothing, so got more prepared she switched to midwives for her 2nd! She ended up having a 30-week preemie (and now shares about her experience on her Instagram.) Her 3rd birth was AMAZING at a birth center with midwives, and for the next baby, she hopes to have a homebirth!!
