    Today On cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way.. I share my homemade cashew recipe which only includes one ingredient cashews. Here is the recipe. I hope you enjoy it. 2 1/2 cups of cashews in a food processor pause until creamy afterwards you can add whatever ingredients you want such as sea salt, cinnamon, vanilla bean or vanilla extract please top back on food processor and continue pausing it until all ingredients have been incorporated. Afterwards, please cashew butter into a mason jar or airtight container in place either into the refrigerator or a cabinet for storage.     Today I’m cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I share my delicious taco soup crockpot recipe. The ingredients are: one and a half pound lean ground turkey, two chopped clothes of garlic, one chopped onion, one bell pepper or four small bell peppers chopped one can of diced tomatoes one can of tomato paste 5 cups of water 2 cups of black beans 2 cups of frozen corn 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon pepper Rica 1/2 1 teaspoon cumin and 1/2 teaspoon allspice cook onions garlic bell pepper and ground turkey in skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil until done drain in place into crockpot with remainder of ingredients cook on medium high for 6 to 10 hours or until all ingredients are done including black beans.     Today on cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I share my chicken pasta salad recipe with people who like chicken pasta salad. The ingredients are: one can of chicken, one chopped onion, one cup of chopped carrots, one chopped bell pepper, one cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of parsley, 1 teaspoon of dill, 1/4 cup of mustard, 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar rat dressing mix all ingredients into bowl add noodles two pot 2 to 3 cups cook until done or al dente rinse noodles with cold water until cold drain and placing to bowl with remaining ingredients mix well cover in place and to refrigerator to cool up to three hours or overnight. The ingredients are: three chopped potatoes, to chop onion, 1/2 bag of mini carrots, two beef boy on cubes, one pot roast seasoning packet, 4 cups of water and 11/7 ounce pot roast place all ingredients into crockpot set on medium high for 10 hours or until tender if you’re visually impaired you can place a talking meet the monitor into the rose press the button and if it’s 175 degrees Fahrenheit or 185°F then it’s done. Turn off crockpot let cool then please glass crockpot container into refrigerator using oven mittens elect cool overnight. This recipe serves 5 to 6 people.     Today On cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way I share my balsamic chicken garlic broccoli dish. The ingredients are: two chopped garlic clothes, one box of pasta, 1/2 bag of frozen broccoli florettes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, one bottle of balsamic vinegar rat and one can of chicken. Boil noodles until done. Rents well. Set aside. Please garlic oil chicken and broccoli and balsamic vinegar rat dressing into skillet Cook until done then place noodles inside of skillet. You may add extra balsamic vinegar rat dressing in the skillet for more flavor. This dish feeds 4 to 6 people and takes 30 minutes to make.     Today on cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I share a recipe that I got from my friend Blanche from Blanche TV YouTube channel. I Collett the Nobe queens chocolate biscuit cake recipe. The ingredients are: 1/2 cup of butter 3/4 cup of sweet condensed milk, 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon of Nutella or hazelnut spread, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder and one package of Maria’s cookies or ladyfingers. Please all ingredients minus The package of cookies into a bowl play Santa microwave for one minute take the package of cookies crush them into little pieces place them into a ball along with the bow of hazelnut, chocolate chips, sweet and condensed milk, cocoa powder, sugar and butter mix well plays into Bundt pan, 9 x 13“ pan, bread pan or any pan that fits your fancy use parchment paper to prevent sticking you also can use nuts, or fruit as a topping please foil or saran wrap over pan then placed into refrigerator up to two hours or overnight to set. I hope everyone enjoys this recipe as much as I enjoy making it for my family and friends here in the states. The ingredients are: three potatoes cut up, boiled and rinsed. One cup of peas, one cup of shredded carrots, one head of broccoli, two cans of Vienna sausages chicken/beef/pork. Two boiled eggs and one jar of mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients in bowl cover with saran wrap place in the refrigerator for two hours to call. This recipe conserve 8 to 10 people.     Today on cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I’m sure my smoke sausage and pepper rice dish with everyone that loves a little spiciness in their life in their food! I hope you enjoy this recipe is much as I enjoy making. The ingredients are: 2 cups of rice, one package of smoked sausage, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon allspice, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper,, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, a pinch of Basil and 1 teaspoon creole seasoning. One shot onion, two chopped clothes of garlic, three chopped bell peppers red, yellow and green. This takes roughly 45 minutes to an hour to make if you do not have all ingredients chopped ahead of time. It feeds 4 to 6 people. I hope you enjoy this recipe.     Today I’m cooking with Chenelle in the visually impaired way. I’m sure my steak and shrimp hibachi recipe. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I enjoy making it over the weekend. Here are the ingredients: one chopped onion, two chopped cloves garlic, one steak, 1/2 bag cooked shrimp, one bag stirfry vegetables, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon allspice, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon parsley. Sprinkle washer sire sauce and soy sauce into walk or skillet add onions, garlic and seasonings into walk with 3 tablespoons of oil let cooked until caramelized then add in shrimp and steak cook until done and in Worcester sire sauce stirfry vegetables and soy sauce to finish cooking serves 4 to 5 people.     Today on Cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I share a really great recipe for the Middle East called Lebanese nights I hope you enjoy this recipe. It’s in three parts part one the custard. 4 cups of milk, one cup of semolina, 1. cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon rosewater continue to stir until thicken place into bowl with cellophane for one hour. Second part: whip topping. 2 cups milk 2 tablespoons sugar four tablespoons cornstarch 1 cup water stir until creamy and then takeoff stove then place in to bowl with chopped pistachios on top of custard and whipped cream and let sit for eight hours in the refrigerator before serving. Final step: sugar syrup. 2 cups sugar 1 cup water 1 teaspoon rosewater 1 teaspoon lemon juice stir until sugar and water have evaporated. This recipe serves 6 to 8 people.
