    Today or cooking with Chanel the visually impaired way. I share my Lebanese rice recipe with everybody who loves Lebanese rice. The gradients are: one cup of jasmine or basmati rice pre-rinse for 15 minutes, one cup of vermicelli noodles, three clothes of chopped garlic, one chopped onion, 3 tablespoons of extroversion olive oil, 3 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon cloves 1 teaspoon allspice one pound of chop lamb, chopped beef or one boneless skinless chicken breast cook on medium high with top on for 15 minutes then for an additional 10 minutes cook on low and simmer until water has evaporated you must use 4 cups of water, or 4 cups of chicken stock, or vegetable stock if you are a vegetarian you do not have to use meat in this recipe you can substitute the meat for lentils.     Today on cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I share my chili chicken crockpot recipe with everybody who likes chili on a cool and rainy winter day. The recipe ingredients are as follows: 2 cups of lentils, three boneless skinless chicken breast, one can of diced tomatoes, one can of tomato paste, one chili packet, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon pepper Rica, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon basil, 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon chili powder, cook on medium high 6 to 8 hours until done. The ingredients are: one can of diced tomatoes, one can of garbanzo beans, one onion chopped, three clothes of garlic chopped, three stocks of celery chopped one for teaspoon basil, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. One Idaho russet potatoes peeled and coat, one bag of frozen corn, two chicken boy on cubes, one bag of mini carrots, 5 cups of water, and one and ahalf boneless skinless chicken breast in crockpot cook on medium high for six toeight hours then turn on low to simmer until you were ready to serve should feed 6 to 8 people. The ingredients are as follows: one cup of basmati or jasmine rice, one cup of lentils, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, minced garlic or one garlic clove chopped in a food processor., 1 teaspoon of coriander 1 teaspoon of cumin 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper to taste. One onion chopped up, 1 cup of lentils and 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil or olive oil. This recipe takes 35 to 40 minutes to make

    Today on cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I share my son Elaina cake recipe with everyone who loves Lebanese desserts. I hope everyone enjoys this recipe you can bake it either in your new wave oven or your regular oven just understand that if you bake it in the Nuwave oven is 350° for 30 minutes and if it’s your regular home Oven its 350° for 40 minutes. The ingredients are: one cup of all purpose sifted flour, 1 cup and 1/2 cup semolina, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon rosewater, 1 teaspoon orange blossom bar mix all ingredients in bowl with either whisk or a electric mixer. Take 1/2 cup of crushed walnuts, pinenuts or pistachio nuts employees on top of batter also grease baking pan with 1 tablespoon of tahini before placing mixture into pan.     Today on cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I do about my chili rice cooker recipe. You can adapt this recipe for people who eat meat or who are vegetarian. The ingredients are: one can of diced tomatoes, one can of tomato paste, one chili packet, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of basil 1 teaspoon of creole seasoning, one rice cup of lentils inside a sauce pan with 2 cups of water cook for 15 minutes until done add to stainless steel pot with diced tomatoes, seasoning and mix well add three Rice cups of vegetable stock and cook for 25 minutes and rice cooker. This is the vegetarian version. You can add beef kielbasa, pork Kabah C or turkey Kabasa to this recipe as well and if you do not want vegetable stock you could add water. You can also replace the Kabah C with chicken, chicken seasoning and chicken stock you remove the chili powder, chili packet from the recipe if you’re doing chicken chili you also replace the lentils with white beans. The ingredients are: 4 cups of milk, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water, one cup of water, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and one cup of rice.     today on cooking with Chenelle the visually impaired way. I share my famous strawberry and grilled chicken salad which anybody can make. I hope you enjoy this episode of the podcast where I share my strawberry and grilled chicken salad. Here are the ingredients: one bag of spinach, one bag of shredded carrots or one carrot shred it with shredder, one cucumber chopped, one container of strawberries chopped, one head of broccoli or one bag of broccoli spears, one head of lettuce or one bag of lettuce One container of cherry tomatoes or one single tomato chopped one skinless boneless chicken breast season in marinade it either with balsamic vinegar rat dressing or fat-free Italian dressing. May see her on stove with extra-virgin olive oil, may bake in oven at 3:50 or may cook and Nu Wave Oven or George foreman grill if desired. You can use any dressing you like in order to add more taste to the salad. Should take between 15 to 30 minutes to prepare. It feeds up to 10 to 15 people.

Here are the ingredients to Chenelle‘s chicken and shrimp gumbo recipe: one package of cooked shrimp, two boneless skinless chicken breast, 2 cups of chicken stock, 3 cups of water, one can of tomato paste, one can of diced tomatoes, one chopped bell pepper, three stocks of chopped celery One chopped onion, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon creole seasoning, 1 teaspoon gumbo seasoning, one teaspoon chicken seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon basil, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper, and a pinch of oregano into crockpot. If you want to replace the chicken with andouille sausage, turkey sausage, beef sausage, or pork sausage you can do so or if you want a vegetarian option you can just add mixed vegetables or any other kind of vegetable to the crockpot along with vegetable stock and vegetable bouillon cubes. You can place this over rice or noodles when serving.
