It was a solo effort from Garrett this week as many of our TSR contributors had life get in the way. That, however, didn't stop Garrett from going through each day of regional competition where he highlighted the crazy fast men's 1500 and women's 800, the surprise misses in the men's 5k, odd developments in the women's 10k and so much more.
