The BNI Mindset

Sometimes we lose focus.  How do you get back on track?  In this episode, I talk about focus and some of the strategies I use to stay focused as life creates distractions.

Growth takes effort!  Going from a caterpillar to a butterfly is hard.  We don’t see it because it happens inside the cocoon.  Our own growth is very similar. This is a great time to offer someone the opportunity to help them as they go from caterpillar to butterfly.
