Cathy Barbieri has been a key player in the BNI community since 1996, starting as a member and quickly advancing to leadership roles in Nashville, TN. After relocating to Atlanta, Cathy spent ten years as the Managing Area Director, helping launch new chapters in Georgia and North Carolina, and was instrumental in founding four original BNI Corporate Connections Chapters. Alongside her husband, Mike, Cathy became Co-Executive Director in 2017, significantly expanding their support team and launching 25 new chapters. Under their leadership, the BNI Atlanta Region has grown to 1300+ members across 68 chapters, earning national recognition with multiple awards, including the “Traditions + Innovations” Core Value Award for Innovation and Technology in 2024.
