In this week's episode is about how to live out your dreams and not just imagine them! This is the final part of the mini-series on 'how to return to your essence'. Over the past 3 weeks we covered the ground work on defining our essence, and what is most important to us. This episode is about implementing these ideas and actually living out the life we desire.
Living in alignment with our dreams and values requires action! We need to walk the walk, not just talk the talk! It requires some effort, but on the other side it's so worth it. It brings a sustained sense of satisfaction and pride, that replaces the rush or instant gratification.
Staying in alignment requires constant re-evaluation and adjustments. Don't be afraid of change. Keep on evolving and repeating the process laid out in these 4 episodes if you ever feel lost of out of alignment. Here is the process :
How to Return to your Essence:
Step 1. Episode 19 : Re-discover what you love to do & do more of that.
Step 2. Episode 20 : Define your essence; your values, dreams, passions and gifts.
Step 3. Episode 21 : Be selective. Filter your time, people, surroundings & possessions to make space for what matters most.
Step 4. Episode 22 : Take action & keep refining.
