Doctor John Urse talks about : Tennis elbow, medically known as lateral epicondylitis, is a common condition characterized by pain and inflammation in the tendons that connect the forearm muscles to the outside of the elbow. This injury often occurs due to repetitive motions or overuse of the arm, such as those seen in tennis players, hence the name. Treatment options for tennis elbow vary depending on the severity of the condition but typically include rest, ice therapy, and over-the-counter pain relievers to alleviate discomfort. Physical therapy exercises and techniques can help strengthen the affected muscles and improve flexibility. In more severe cases, corticosteroid injections or surgery may be considered to relieve pain and restore function. Additionally, using proper equipment and techniques during physical activities can help prevent the onset of tennis elbow.

Can weight loss /proper diet and strength training prevent/control Diabetes
Types of Diabetes..Type 1- body doesnt produce insulin to control blood sugar, often seen at an early age
Type 2- Chronic insulin resistence..body's cells dont open up or respond to insulin lowering blood sugar, which then elevates ones blood sugar over 100 and leads to issues with nerves (neuropathy, vascular issues , kidney and eye problems over time. risk factors as this develops later in life are waistlines over 40 in men, 35 in women, so weight reduction and control important.
Type 3 Diabetes--is there a link betw Diabetes and Alzheimers? Does poor sugar control increase amyloid/tau proteins in brain?
