Episode 138: between every coach and more clients/consults/money are pretty common stumbling blocks.

They are normal things that the mind uses to be confused and undecided.

A common stumbling block are niches.

In this episode we talk about what niches are (direction you give yourself), exactly what that direction looks like and beliefs that might be keeping you stuck on the idea of your niche.

Episode 137: This year I brought how I think about goals into my birthday. A birthday is just the ending of one year and the start of another. And when I am thinking of goals that moment between the two is when I very intentionally think.

You are the authority on and for your business.

Stepping into this mindset will free you from constantly searching outside of yourself and will help you use the tools around you to build your business instead of using those mentors and tools against yourself.
