Welcome to the final volume! It's been a long journey. Thirteen weeks of manga and a legacy of fan-service and complicated artistic transformation. Danny goes through the summary of the final volume, his final list of positives and negatives, and then gets to have a little fun. It's a little bitter sweet as he rolls through the final volume, talking about how things work and didn't work as the climax unfolds, but he still gives praise where it is deserved. As the rating comes to a close, Danny delivers on a few promises and lists his final ratings for the covers and the volumes in order of worst to best and then finishes the podcast with an overall review of the series as a whole. There was a lot to say and as usual Danny doesn't hold back. Come finish the journey with him!

Byzantium has been one of Danny's favorite historical subjects since the ninth grade. Rome is all well and good but as a historian one can only read so much when they are younger. Then a youthful reader discovers that there is a whole other history full of extreme personalities that he hasn't ever heard of before and it's off to the library. Byzantium may be considered the "Eastern" Roman Empire, but that gives it too much of a little brother feel. The people that lived there were Roman, and their history and legacy is still around to this day. However, one such great general does not get the credit he should be due and Danny decides to look at his history closely and analyze whether or not that is the truth. Passing through his preconceptions, Danny discusses both the positives and negatives of this great historical tome and the legacy of the last roman general.

Danny is closing in on the final manga in the 'Himari' franchise. There are a lot of questions remaining about this harem hijinks filled manga. Does the protagonist improve? How much to the other characters improve? How is the romance progressing? How does the set-up to the final battle fair? How is the pacing? Overall, Mantra Milan-sensei has a lot to prove and Danny covers what volumes ten and eleven do right and wrong. The psychology of the grown man vs. the growing man can sometimes be on of the most childish and immature things in the world, but what happens when one of those individuals is a reincarnated soul?
