This week the coaches review Open Workout 20.2. From it being a shit load of reps, keeping it small set focused, try to go unbroken, and reviewing the weekly skill progressions we have noticed so far. "Be deliberate on your transitions" and "if you get flustered, you will get fucked in this one".
Remember for every star rating the coaches will do a burpee with video proof coming soon!
