So how do we deal with anger? We have to keep in mind that anger and anxiety are interconnected and with them coupled up, fear is brought into the picture.
However, the Bible is clear that perfect love drives out all fear so whenever anger sprouts up in us, it is crucial that we commit what we are feeling to God and also find professional help to deal with it.
