Episode 79: The 5 Stages of High-Converting Launches
Do not miss these highlights:
01:21 Entrepreneurship does not have a standard career path.
01:48 This is why it's important to stay focused on what you know works and just keep doing it.
02:08 Knowing you need leads and convert leads into clients, then rinse and repeat.
02:20 What we hear a lot from our audience and our clients are, consistently filling Group Coaching Programs.
02:32 Marketing and Selling Private Coaching is very different than Marketing and Selling Group Coaching.
03:05 This is why it's really important that you come into either 10K Content Collective or Launch Like A Queen, depending on where you're at so we can help you strategically think this through.
03:38 One of those complexities in this business is a group coaching program.
04:28 It requires a different level of coaching and in order to fill it, it requires a different level of marketing and selling.
05:42 Even though you didn't know it at the time, this is what you signed up for. To master the messaging, marketing, and selling.
06:00 The fundamentals are going to be the same.
06:31 Inside of 10K Content Collective, our signature offering for coaches that are trained to get claims with their organic content.
07:15 From there, the core method that we teach is getting on a phone call. Why is this important?
08:30 In Sales Page, this is when people are buying directly off your page. Your call to action is to enroll now or by now.
09:04 Most people want to avoid sales calls because it is uncomfortable at first if it's not natural to you.
10:30 So if you're using a sales page, but you don't learn how to sell via phone, it's going to be almost impossible to sell off of a sales page.
11:17 Whether you're doing cohort-based or rolling enrollment, you still need to have the volume of people to be able to fill that experience.
11:55 This is when we apply the Live Launch model.
12:20 We apply the five stages of launching this model in order to fill our group coaching program.
12:43 The first step is the groundwork.
13:04 Most people skip some steps which is why they have failed launches.
13:15 So you move out going to multiple six figures.
13:37 You now have to put into planning the second step of launching live launching, which is the Launch Runway.
13:52 Stage three, we will help you inside Launch Like A Queen, and decide which event is best for you.
14:14 It allows us to highlight our brilliance and lean into our audience in a new and fresh way.
14:55 We think about increasing the volume inside of our group coaching programs. between them consistently with your ideal clients, we also have to increase the leads.
15:31 We build things alongside you inside the Launch Like A Queen, because it is one of the most critical components of your business model.
16:20 We're bringing awareness around the experience, and increasing the visibility in our audience.
17:20 It's a very thorough process we think through with you. We strategize around you because it's not something that you just want to do on a whim.
17:35 Stage four is the Offer Invitation.
17:52 We're pitching in a way that feels so good and amazing. Doing the due diligence around your offer.
18:17 Once you master selling virtually on stage, whatever masterclass challenge, you can literally do anything.
18:50 I have “the system” that can reliably produce profitable results so that we can consistently fill our programs.
19:32 The experience pivots not about teaching them. We're actually giving them everything they need to make a decision about your offer.
20:09 During a Post-launch Sequence, we see a lot of people kind of trickle in.
21:22 This is why we need to create those full cohorts or programs. We need to get a consistent rhythm and cadence.
22:10 You'll be learning from my mistakes. Everything that we will be teaching you is basically what you should or shouldn't be doing and how we've been able to shortcut it for you.
22:35 So when you master this process, we call it an end-to-end marketing machine because it's doing the attracting, converting, and then rolling that works for you.
23:17 I think of a container where we put all these things. We have to create that pressure with some error in it to create the momentum and that explosion on the other side of it.
23:12 This is the next thing for you to master. We're all about the sequence, turn up the heat and get a little bit more advanced
24:37 You'll see the same principles, the same processes, and you'll see it work for you over and over and over again. It's just so amazing.
25:17 But what's really great is that we have the tested and proven resources for you that can support both of these levels.
26:25 So if that is you, and you are ready to take your business to the next level, your best step is to APPLY NOW because we do cap this out.
26:40 We have a special running this month before we increase the price for the next round of enrollment.
27:00 We believe we have the best everything. We have the best team, the best frameworks, and we really lean in and meet you where you're at.
27:13 Right now is the best time to create that traction and show up as the leader in your industry because most people don't know how to do that systematically.
27:37 Make sure you leverage the resources that we have in place for you to do that without freaking trying to figure it out on your own.

In this new series called, “Ask Me Anything”, I’m answering specific questions from women in our community while also using it as an opportunity to highlight our incredible listeners.
In this episode, I’m answering a question related to how I get more done in a day and how to make sure there’s still balance in my day. This is a fun question for me to answer because as someone who has major ADD I have to be super diligent about my time management and the constraints I create to protect my fluidity as a woman, mom, and entrepreneur.

Do not miss these highlights:
01:03 I just got off a coaching call with our Launch Like A Queen clients and a virtual implementation mastermind for our Female Founders Board clients.
01:35 This is the second, Ask Me Anything series
01:52 I did a Facebook poll in our Category Queen Community based on literally the specific questions that you have.
02:11 The intent is also to highlight you because I want to bring more eyeballs to you. So the benefit of this podcast isn't for you to just learn but also we'd love to showcase you.
02:30 This question is from Jen Franklin. Jen is a client of ours and is a health coach.
02:38 She works with women after they have gone through cancer treatment.
03:18 So Jen asked, “How do you fit a multitude of tasks into your day when working towards a deadline and still have balance in your day and downtime?”
03:32 I am severely ADHD, more ADD. It's hard for me to get things done if the pressure or the passion isn't there.
04:24 As my team grows and my company grows, there are more people relying on me and so the deadlines have been a big thing.
04:50 For ADD people's brains like mine, I have to be really careful about context switching.
05:15 For a while, I thought it was the system that wasn't working.
05:23 I realized the problem was me. I was not following through on the system.
05:53 So when we think about completing tasks or working toward a deadline, we have to build the space for that.
06:26 You can easily start to believe in things that it's important or it's a priority but everything is not a priority.
07:00 I'm thinking of completing three big tasks a day, and that's all I have ever put the capacity for my brain.
07:12 First of all, what I have to be committed to doing is having a plan for each day knowing what my tasks are and what my priorities are.
07:47 When I’m on working time, I have gotten better at turning it on focus. Removing the notifications off my phone and my computer. I even tell my team when I’m on working time.
09:43 But what happens is, we continuously open loops and we expend a lot of energy as we move from thing to thing.
10:30 What I find most people like me is it's never really about having more time. It's about being committed and disciplined in the time that you have.
11:23 That's the level of discipline that I have to have in order for that to work.
11:38 Even if your business isn't the size of mine but it's life. There's always something in life that's going to be pulling you.
12:07 But that's the intention you need to create. That is ultimately what's going to help you create more and complete those deadlines.
12:21 So balancing your day and downtime is the same concept.
13:15 There's still an element where I like to have a little bit of that flexibility but unfortunately, it became a habit.
13:38 Then downtime was over-scheduled. So we're protecting these elements with commitment and intention.
13:51 But the first thing that goes on my schedule, is my family time.
14:00 And so just like I schedule my work time, I have to be intentional with the thought because it helps me mentally prepare, that I'm transitioning now.
14:30 And following those rules because nobody else is going to make you follow them. That's the discipline you have to build.
15:28 At the moment, I'm leveraging on that high-octane season, but still creating that time in the day when I'm like going for a walk.
15:50 Where I thrive the most is within the confinement of what I know I need to be doing, and the boundaries around it.
16:48 I'm so grateful because I have a team. It feels good to have a company that is growing without needing a ton of me.
17:07 And so I want you to ask yourself, what is balancing my day look like?
17:37 Your schedule is not going to be like anybody else's. You get to define that your schedule might look different than mine.
18:00 Some seasons I'm working a little bit more intentionally. In other seasons, I'm kind of backing off a little bit as the balance shifts.
18:15 I want you to experiment and again it's not the system. Are you following through with your system?
18:35 Often times we break our own rules, we cannot do that.
18:50 You have to have those boundaries, and intentionally design your personalized time management system.
19:18 Create that internal pressure to complete something because if nobody else is waiting, you will take all of your time, and you will procrastinate as long as possible.
19:36 Just following through on your word. That it's self-trust, it's that commitment, and it's the discipline.

In this episode, I’m peeling back the curtains and giving you the full scope of why we decided to pivot from our core offerings and bring a brand-new experience to our audience. There’s a lot of depth covered in this episode including how to know when it’s time to introduce a new offer, how to lean into your audience, and how to make better decisions as a business owner.

Do not miss these highlights:
02:55 The birthing of “Launch Like a Queen.”
03:39 The behind-the-scenes, the types of decisions made, why it was created, and more of that holistic viewpoint.
04:06 Sometimes people are teaching the what and the how only, but there's a huge foundation missing on the why.
04:53 Study how people make decisions and why they're making certain decisions for you to become a better decision-maker and be confident in the decisions you make.
06:10 So be reminded for all of us to slow down and look at our decisions a little bit more holistically.
07:06 Now this is definitely the story of “Launch Like a Queen.”
07:23 Last year, the team spent all year bringing 10K Content Collective to market and really getting that offer converting in all the ways we wanted it to convert live.
07:59 The results that the clients were getting from 10K Content Collective were just really incredible. But so much time was spent getting that offer off the ground.
08:27 Having signature offers is very important because it simplifies your marketing and your selling.
09:10 Bringing brand awareness. Bringing them to the market. Making it a non-negotiable to create rhythm and cadence in your signature offers before you do anything else.
10:20 But around that, the ways in which people should also hear from you is in variety.
10:42 With a new message piece, a new offer, or a new launch event, it awakens and hit people differently that used to hear you in the same way.
11:02 Going back to people hearing the same thing from you and the advantages it creates.
11:46 What if that same personal brand comes out again with a new flavor of something?
13:35 In our industry, cutting through the same noise has become even more difficult, which needs even a little bit of variety paired.
14:08 Having a stable foundation can create different kinds of variety around it.
14:25 But if you are just getting started or you're under 100k, this doesn’t mean that you need a new offer or you need to switch gears now.
14:58 Have a little bit of room to feel your business around and have your offers converting first before deciding to add some more.
14:45 We felt that there is a big leap from our audience in 10KCC to her Female Founders Board.
16:08 The plan was to save it for Female Founders Board and decided to separate it out from 10K Content Collective.
17:50 We thought about how to deliver the message that this is one of our core and our primary way outside of our organic content.
18:28 How could we serve this middle tier? To come up with a new fresh, and new way of delivering and serving value to our audience.
19:45 But there was a lot that had happened last year with me that I knew I needed some time to recover from that at the beginning of 2023.
20:22 Thankfully, my team has built such a great rhythm, that now my business can make money without me being energetically aligned or fully awesome at the moment.
20:54 I had a couple of big breakthroughs and realized that it was irresponsible of me to continue to stall the business when the business isn't just me anymore.
21:49 As a CEO, continuing to do the things I need to do and move the business forward and all of its parts that are relying on the CEO.
22:19 And so the team decided based on a lot of the things we were hearing from our audience to give this launch offer a go.
23:05 So if this is what the industry is asking for, and we know we can deliver on it, and we feel excited about it.
23:57 Operationalizing three programs is a lot for our small nimble team, but we're doing it and we're doing it so well.
24:25 I thought that maybe the team can do it once a year and can give people that new freshness.
24:42 So “Launch Like a Queen” is our middle-tier price program because the Female Founders Board is really a jump from 10K Content Collective. So we birthed this new offer.
25:00 Developing and designing a program is one of my zone of genius obviously, and I love to do that with our clients.
25:48 We want to make sure not to spread ourselves too thin because client delivery and client success is one of our core focus areas.
26:13 When we did the launch lab, I was like, why did we not do this? It was such a wake-up call.
26:36 What you're going to be seeing from us is a little bit of shifting, branding, positioning, messaging, and building under the category of Queen.
26:56 “Launch Like a Queen,” is thinking about how you want to take your message, your messaging, and your marketing, to that next level. Elevate yourself in the market through your launch experience and your launch container.
27:45 We treat launching as this core pillar of how we serve women.
27:59 We realize that in our launch events, we're bringing more awareness and notoriety around our brand.
28:19 When you do it the way that we do it, it builds this incredible trust and connection with your audience.
28:47 This is the thing that really creates that thought leadership and establishes you as that number one in the industry.
29:26 Potentially the plan is if it went well, we would just offer it once a year.
29:40 Fortunately we felt so much alignment in “Launch Like a Queen” and there was no doubt. Now it became a signature offer for us.
30:57 The way the women in “Launch Like a Queen” are growing and elevating is mind-blowing so we have to keep doing this.
31:35 If it's your first time offering something, give yourself enough time to make sure you can. Give people what they want, and also let them create a result for themselves.
32:25 When you have a launch machine that effectively works for you, you also have to have at least scalable systems around your coaching offer.
33:07 When you start to enroll people in volumes but you don't have a great enrollment process, your back end is super messy.
33:47 I will also teach you how to have a fully fleshed-out client success journey and what that looks like. Showing you ours and having you work with our client's Success Manager.
34:28 It's just becoming more and more clear what this program needs to be and how it's going to look and feel.
34:47 So through this year, we decided to launch two more cohorts.
35:02 We are going to help you have consistent client acquisition through a live launch model, but it's also going to help you have a high-converting scalable offer.
35:44 You're also going to learn how to leverage your time and expertise through this big transition.
36:27 As we phase into that, beginning of 2024, we will have that as a final phase.
37:05 There are definitely advantages to sticking to something and not wavering from it. But the industry is just changing and we are innovators.
37:55 Where can I give myself permission to adjust or pivot? Am I doing this for the right reasons?
38:45 If you're looking for shortcuts, maybe this will be faster, maybe this will be easier. None of that exists. You will have challenges, you will have bumps in the road, no matter what you decide to do.
39:35 We make decisions in alignment with what we could continue doing. What we're doing is from last year because what we did had incredible success.
40:07 You have to make sure it's not a grass is greener on the other side type of mentality. Because the grass is never greener, it's just green where you water it.
40:38 So none of this would have unlocked for me if I didn't have taken that first couple of messy steps.
41:30 All of a sudden we're shedding the light little by little, and because we follow that, so much more was unlocked for us.
42:18 Don't go making decisions all left and right. Think that there's just so much there that you can really lean into and listen to.
43:02 It's probably similar to where you're getting the ideas. You're not really sure how to feel them and how to lean in.
43:20 Although I did feel a little bit more vague before, I had a lot of re-anchoring to do at the beginning of the year.
44:20 Now that “Launch Like a Queen” is a signature offer, we now know its vision of it and how robust it's going to be in the market.
45:36 Making money is one of the biggest hurdles you have to overcome as a newer coach. It is getting over that money mindset.
45:47 So we do have qualifiers in place. It's an application only. We'll link up the application in the show notes.
46:13 This is different from 10KCC where anybody can come in. This is just a different level of intimacy.
46:36 If we feel like you'd be a good fit, then you hop on the call with our team. We will talk about what that looks like next steps. But it is 100% recommended.
48:10 We're here for it, we are paving the way and helping our clients become category clean of their unique industry.
49:35 So I really love to hear feedback from you. Take a moment to send me a DM on Instagram or send me an email.

In this new series called, “Ask Me Anything”, I’m answering specific questions from women in our community while also using it as an opportunity to highlight our incredible listeners.
In this episode, I’m addressing one of the most commonly discussed challenges among our audience; imposter syndrome. I share my experience with it, how I move through it, and the confidence hack I use to show up confidently every day (even if it feels hard).

Do not miss these highlights:
00:55 I’m launching a new podcast episode series around “Ask me anything.”
01:12 I will be creating content that aligns with my people's goals, desires, and challenges. It will be all about what they want to hear versus what I want to talk about.
01:51 I am allowing things to be more fluid than rigid in my business approach this time.
02:39 In this episode, I will be welcoming and showcasing the question from Tonya Herb.
02:56 The first time Tonya and I met was when another client brought her as a guest to the Category Queen Live Event in Texas in the fall of 2022 last year, and she became a client after that event.
03:40 We talk about sharing our own experiences because we had a similar story in deciding to walk away from the corporate and what that looked and felt like.
04:05 Tonya is now a full-time coach and it's been so fun to watch her crushing it!
04:16 Watching Tonya really lean into her brilliance and change the lives of other corporate leaders is just so amazing.
05:05 So Tonya asked, “How do you silence imposter syndrome and show up competent and authentic in your own authority?”
05:27 I share my own struggles with impostor syndrome in my past corporate career.
07:00 One of the things that really shifted for me was when I was having a conversation with a woman in that company at the time who was about twenty years older than me.
07:45 I was able to see that imposter syndrome isn't something that is unique to me. It is something we should all move through.
08:15 Anytime I realized that everybody experiences this and continues to experience it, it just softens the feeling.
09:28 I will remind myself that I’m not my thoughts and I can be separated from that.
09:55 When I think about silencing the imposter syndrome, I think that I should not be suppressing it.
10:12 Normalizing it, softening it, and moving forward with that instead. This is another element of showing up confidently, with authenticity, and owning your authority.
10:42 There's still this innate question that always comes up, “can I really help this person?”
11:02 I see this as a good thing and I never want that feeling to go away. I never want to not think about helping my clients.
11:15 It keeps me humbled, it keeps my purpose at the forefront. It keeps mealways on my feet.
11:57 When we shift into that feeling of joy and that energy of service, it allows us to feel just so excited about our expertise, and that energy is palpable.
12:22 So owning your authority is just you deciding it.
12:56 You get to define with regards to how you want to define it, you are an expert of you.
13:28 When it comes to this, for me it really is a conscious decision every single day.
13:58 Some days it feels harder. So I pay attention to my cycle because that emotion impacts what I lean on now.
14:42 Live out all of those experiences, all those moments, knowing that it is just a part of the process.
15:42 Even if some days you feel less confident, show up in your full brilliance and just go and just do it.
16:05 Tonya Herb’s info will be included here in the show notes so please go connect with her.

If you’ve been confused, overwhelmed, or even turned off by the increased awareness around Artificial Intelligence, you’re not alone. It took me some time to warm up to the idea, but after using ChatGPT for a few months now, I feel very differently about its potential and what it can do for female leaders like you.
Tune into learn how I’ve been using it to enhance my creativity, work through writer’s block, and improve my marketing.
Do not miss these highlights:
02:16 A little peek at Kinsey’s family time. Her husband’s passion for taking care of people.
03:36 Her being present with her children and together with their friends. Building happy fun memories that will truly last.
05:32 Today let us talk about “ChatGPT.”
06:01 Is this something that can be shared and talked about that will be useful?
06:14 Misinterpretation on how to use it, when to use it, and how it's being used by other people.
06:48 But as for Kinsey, she was just mind-blown as soon as she got it.
07:15 She talked about the different ways that she used it and how others can also use it to move through some specific scenarios.
07:30 It is being used every week in her co-writing clinic programs.
08:15 It brainstorms with you on the things that you could talk about.
08:34 It's not about replacing your voice and suppressing your unique brilliance.
09:08 Think about it as a sounding board of ideas, you can really get a lot out of it to get you going.
09:38 She uses ChatGPT to help her move through a topic in a way that would make sense to her audience and outline it for her.
10:00 Do the initial pre-work of outlining for her, but only when she’s having a hard time extracting an idea and putting it into context sometimes.
10:53 The other way is to remove the manual process on some of the manual elements.
11:37 In relation to this podcast, she puts the show notes into ChatGPT. It helps her create a show note for an episode.
12:08 Then writing content just becomes easier and faster.
12:27 Another thing that ChatGPT also does is it can give you a more fully fleshed-out piece of content.
13:13 Thinking about her own processes, this is where Kinsey can cut some corners which is so helpful.
14:00 Another thing is about blending the way you talk about your brilliance and your expertise with more of that common language.
15:22 You can blend the robotic version and your words together and make sure that it fully represents what you know about and how you want to speak.
16:03 It can also be used as a pulse check, a good indicator of how aligned is your audience to your content.
16:50 It can enhance that compelling copy for you.
17:08 When your feel stuck, just put something in the ChatGPT, then it can get you start going. And sometimes that's all we need.
17:23 Use ChatGPT not in the way that people are using it in their content. Use it as a part or a piece of your overall creative writing process.

Are you dreaming as big as you can possibly dream? Or are you dreaming within your current limitations? In this episode, Kinsey Machos talks about her recent experience visiting Naples, Florida for an exclusive mentorship experience which turned into a total identity transformation.
It’s time to open yourself up to bigger possibilities by being exposed to things you’ve never even considered for your life and for your business. Tune in to learn how you can shift your wealth identity and why it’s such a critical component to accelerated personal growth.
Do not miss these highlights:
01:01 Kinsey is sharing that she’s been traveling a lot the last few months, which has been incredible, a little overwhelming, and very grateful.
01:27 She watches herself evolve and be an outsider, settling into that new version of herself and her company.
02:17 Honestly she’s been experiencing a disconnect from herself, but not from a sense of misalignment.
02:25 It’s the state of growing so fast and she now entered into this new dimension of her life, her business, and even just as a woman.
03:07 She had a huge breakthrough last week. It was all from this experience of being exposed to a new way of life.
03:50 Recently, she took a trip to Naples, Florida, which she claims has become one of the wealthier cities in Florida.
04:13 Kinsey with a couple of girlfriends as in business besties, were on this trip.
04:53 We went there to learn more about public relations and also outline our public relations strategy as it relates to all of our businesses.
05:18 But then we came out of much more than the people, the experiences, the relationships we created, and so much more than that.
05:41 What happened also was she was able to see and find comfort in her life and in her business. It’s like when you're put into a new world.
06:26 She realized that everything that she created up until this point was her vision from two to three years ago.
06:43 But now she stopped reaching. She unconsciously decided that she already made it and settled into that new zone of comfort.
07:05 But there, she felt a new hunger come through her to stretch herself and expand into a new dimensions. But that only happened because she was exposed to it.
08:05 One loses a little bit of that hunger when one doesn't have something exciting very specific, or have a true vision of what that next level looks like.
08:51 This isn't to say that we're always reaching for more without really being fully present in our current circumstances also.
09:25 Stay on being challenged and be exposed to a different way of life and realize that you always have a next level.
10:10 Avoidance or being consumed by fear and not being a risk-taker.
10:28 Then you start to burn out. That's when you start to just settle into the way it is without feeling excited about it.
10:59 Kinsey now felt something burning into her bones and blood. Whereas before, it was so far out of reach, it couldn't even feel tangible.
12:11 A business model that was never even in existence in your brain.
12:50 A yacht, but it's an example of how things might be playing out in your life where you are not even dreaming big enough.
13:11 The problem is we have limitations on those desires based on what we know to be true. and what we've been exposed to in the world around us.
13:40 Exactly what has been with Kinsey. These blind spots that she hadn't even seen before were keeping her stuck and plateaued.
13:58 She was opened up to so much more. And that would have never happened if she wasn't in that place.
14:26 She is now immersing herself in this new version of who she is becoming and it was just so fascinating for her.
14:57 It's no doubt that this is relevant to all of us, all of you as you grow into your new you.
15:20 As a challenge, drop into your desires in such a bigger way and do whatever you can to get a little bit closer to that.
16:05 Get yourself feeling fueled and fired up and that hunger coming back because that's going to keep you going to your new bigger dream.
16:25 Making money should be fun. It should be connected to how you feel about it, what you want to create in your life, and what it can do for you.
17:20 Shake up those desires. Ask yourself those bigger questions, dream bigger, and reignite that hunger inside of you that has just been suppressed out of fear, avoidance, or belief.

02:02 She’s profoundly concerned about unleashing the soul of a business with its message.
03:16 Charissa joined Kinsey’s coaching last year, and now sharing her journey.
05:09 Somebody she can be fully aligned with and there is this connection.
05:57 She had tried a more masculine approach with her first coach and it was not aligned.
06:10 When she found Kinsey’s coaching, she felt herself opening up and expanding after her first challenge.
06:41 She didn't even ask for a call and just signed up one night.
07:19 She followed the guided training, then her content started blowing up. She felt really good.
08:08 The coaching calls are going to be less relevant if you believe in the solution and the offer.
08:38 She got what she needed and more. It was aligned with her lifestyle and her schedule.
08:48 A coaching program that is a blend of coaching, curriculum, and community. People can come in, take what they need, and lead themselves under guidance.
09:36 Realizing that if people don't trust, feel safe, and belong in your programs, they will never be able to have the full transformation that they came for.
10:20 Charissa talked a little bit more about what feeling safe means to her.
12:23 What helped her shift and allowed her to step into the powerful version of her message?
13:03 With Kinsey, she now understands the importance of really tapping into her feminine side and really understanding now what she wants.
14:43 She now has this recognition of what she wants, do it her way with the energy that comes through her.
15:20 Charissa talked about how she helped women see their own power. How they can extract that through the frameworks of her programs.
15:35 Her mantra is if you can master who you are and your true being, what you do will always yield more potent results.
15:56 Unlearn everything that people have been taught about this is the only way to do it, then she helps them extract their own truth.
17:47 Every experience is different. We can tap into that and learn how to share it or market it in a way that people can put themselves into your experience.
19:10 Peoples' stories are all tangled and they haven't actually taken the time to understand it or bring awareness to why they even feel these fears they have.
20:38 The only way you can be authentic is if you are on a journey to know yourself more.
21:04 When we deny a part of ourselves, it suppresses our creativity, and we're starting to feel a little bit disconnected or out of alignment with what we do, our message, content, or offers.
22:37 Charissa shared about things that she does to create consistency and momentum in the business that she created.
23:03 It's important for us as entrepreneurs to collaborate and be there for each other when the ebb is there because it will happen.
23:44 Have the belief in ourselves to do things even if we feel unsure. When we have total focus we are unstoppable.
24:37 Brain dump all of the noise that's going on and really look at what you have to do.
25:43 Opened up the idea of the fact that we want people to know it's not easy.
27:47 When it becomes a non-option, you create a very different result for yourself.
28:37 It's important to highlight each vulnerability, but also define what is easy and what is hard.
29:35 What is next for Charissa and her team?
32:04 Where can people find Charissa?

It’s normal to have negative thoughts and feelings attached to the idea of selling, putting yourself out there on social media, and making offers. However, selling is a required activity for any business owner that wants to make money. In this episode, Kinsey discusses the concept of “always selling” and how to shift your relationship with sales so you can become a master at what you do and help more people.
Do not miss these highlights:
00:46 Kinsey is coming in strong and full of energy in this podcast episode.
01:37 What we're talking about today is this idea of always selling.
02:03 There are a lot of negative emotions that come up with selling.
02:28 Most people don't go into coaching or go into entrepreneurship to say, “I want to sell”.
02:56 What is it about selling that has you feeling negative about it?
04:23 What is that emotion that you're feeling when we're talking about the topic of selling?
04:34 You need to love selling because everything you do as a coach is selling.
05:10 It's empowering your clients to make decisions in alignment with what they really want.
06:29 If they don't believe they can achieve something, selling them on a solution will not work.
06:42 Mastering the skill of selling will open you to opportunities and more.
07:02 The truth is, even after your client becomes a client, you won’t stop selling them.
07:26 If we don't actually know how to sell them on the next steps, it will be harder for them to get to that end result. This is also applicable to your team.
08:15 You should always be selling and if you're not, you're doing your community, your clients, and your team a huge disservice.
09:01 Selling is sharing, sharing is really moving closer to people and helping them also move towards the things that they want.
09:22 Being a better steward of the resources you already have through the means of selling.
10:26 If we aren't intentional about how we’re doing ‘the selling’, that's when we start to have the results that we don't want.
10:54 Take 100% full responsibility for your clients' results. What that does as a team is we ask ourselves better questions.
11:31 Be encouraged to evaluate your relationship with selling. Noticing that everything that we do is selling, and just learning to love it and double down on it.

Your best-match clients are everywhere. They’re in your Instagram following, they’re on your email list, they’re in your local community. The only thing that’s preventing you from attracting and enrolling them is that you can’t actually see them (yet).
In this episode, I unpack the ‘invisible clients’ concept so you can show up more powerfully on social media, creating unstoppable momentum, and continue to take action toward your big, audacious goals.
Do not miss these highlights:
01:50 Kinsey is such a firm believer that there is so much abundance in your audience, in your business that you're not even aware of.
01:58 When you focus just on what you can see and use that to drive your circumstances, you get yourself into trouble.
02:23 Conceptually what entrepreneurs are being called to do is to take really big risks.
03:39 Every moment can be basically perceived as a risk, whether you're an entrepreneur or not. Life is fragile.
04:50 If entrepreneurship is easy, everybody would be doing it.
05:19 What you're willing to do to see your plan through will be one of those important questions you need to ask yourself.
06:02 There are all these parts working for you that you cannot see. A perfect example of this is the concept that Kinsey likes to call invisible clients.
06:55 What we see now that we couldn't see before is there are these people coming out of the woodwork that we're like, where did they even come from?
07:33 They're not the people that are engaging in any of your content. All of a sudden, they appear.
08:20 Kinsey has talked about this a lot in her marketing modules and other programs because it's not just about the one post you share today.
08:35 It's this collective experience, an ecosystem that you create for your people to thrive in, and grow into your best potential clients.
09:45 You need to believe that your ecosystem is growing and thriving and curating your best clients because it's just building on top of the next.
10:30 It's important to know that just because they are your invisible clients they're not there.
10:42 So how differently would you show up knowing that you have tons of invisible clients in your audience right now?
12:00 Anticipate the magic of what you can not see can bring. Believe that it can be one of the things that will create great success for your company as well.
13:00 Get out of this idea that your results come from the things that you can directly see. Start to believe that there is a lot of magic happening now for you that you just don't know.
13:30 The invisible client is the best way to anchor into this idea of my people are there, whether you see them or not, You're going to show up for them.
14:25 So go out today and start to answer these questions.
Who do I want to be?
Who am I writing to?
Who do I want to call in?
Am I committed to showing up as that person and doing those things?

In this episode, Kinsey is joined with special guest Rachel McBride, a parent coach who teaches parents strategies to connect with their teenagers. Rachel shares how she overcame the fear of not being credible and the hesitancy of putting herself out there. She talks about what it’s like to go against the grain of typical advice and how to share a gift that’s world-changing.
Discover the simple steps you can take to overcome imposter syndrome and amplify your impact using social media with your truest, most potent content (even if it doesn’t come natural to you).
Do not miss these highlights:
00:46 It is guest time once again here in the Captivate and Close podcast episode. It is Rachel McBride, and she is a parent coach.
02:21 Parents are struggling to connect with their teenagers. Teenagers are shutting down and pushing parents out.
02:36 She teaches parents strategies and ways to connect with their teenagers.
02:42 Parenting teenagers doesn't have to be awful.
05:12 Rachel is an advocate of loving your teenagers and actually connecting with them.
06:20 Do we really have to battle with our teenagers all the time?
07:08 For many years, Rachel worked in an early childhood education institution. She loved working with families, children, and parents. She was a parent educator and a director of a preschool.
07:35 Parents have so many questions.
08:38 With no disrespect in any way, but parents will say the same about a two-year-old who they feel is manipulating them.
09:14 Reframing parents thinking around teenager behavior and really digging deep into it.
10:35 Rachel shared her experience and relationship with her middle son.
11:26 Her son knows too. He feels that they have this disconnect and something has to give.
11:53 She wanted to connect with him and with their relationship. Where he will feel loved, seen, and understood.
12:15 And so it gradually changed the entire environment in their home.
12:52 It comes full circle in their house now that it is peaceful. Her children are cooperative and supportive of each other now.
13:22 They are more willing to meet their parent's expectations because they also feel respected and heard.
13:40 It is not having a perfect system, but rather shifting our perspective, operating in that perspective, and practicing it.
14:41 She’s hearing families who are struggling. Everyone is doing the same thing, everyone believes that parents have to take away teenage privileges to be heard and followed.
16:26 Rachel believes aware parenting will change the world and can change the next generation of humans.
17:58 There's a way to do this in a coaching program strategically with a framework.
17:40 And so she decided she wants to sign up for Kinsey’s Programs.
18:59 It really let her zone in on her own brilliance.
19:20 Just learning how to tell a story or to write it was a huge help for her.
19:53 She recalled doing the 30-Day Challenge with Kinsey, which was posting every day for 30 days. That made a huge help to her.
20:02 She evolved in those 30 days in a way she would have never imagined from the day she started. Her content changed dramatically.
20:35 People are reading, connecting, and engaging on her posts now.
21:20 Rachel shared how she was able to navigate her own fears, challenges, and her ownfrustrations when she started coaching.
21:54 As soon as she was able to speak out, lifting her credibility, lifting her expertise, more opportunities came.
22:53 But the big fear that she got all caught up was the stuff of if she is really credible.
23:21 There are things she doesn't believe in and was afraid to put out there at that time.
23:46 She knew if she tries to speak something else or put another language out there, it won't be sincere so it won't work.
25:01 It's definitely worth getting over those fears, though she still has them and still shows up from time to time.
26:07 Once she starts getting rhythm and steam, like having the feedback loop for clients and having that validation, then she starts to amplify her voice and amplify her volume.
26:55 Oftentimes, Rachels's clients will come to her at that real breaking point.
27:33 A lot of clients come to her when they really do feel helpless. What does she do?
28:15 A beautiful way to learn how to communicate and connect and create mutual respect, regardless of age.
26:26 This is really about how we collaborate and have compassion for each other.
29:15 It's so amazing to watch and to hear clients say it really is working.
31:03 It's not about coming down harder. It's not even about creating better discipline. It's about connecting more.
33:05 One of the first things parents need to do is to notice how they listen when their teenagers are talking.
33:59 Take that moment to notice how you listen to your teenagers. How can you listen to them so that they can feel seen, heard, and understood?
34:30 If you're going to observe and try to see things differently, then you're going to see it differently. It's that intention first, which brings awareness.
