Do not miss these highlights:
01:00 At the time of this recording, we will have fully wrapped up our Poolside Profit Plan, which a lot of what I'm talking about is how to design your schedule through the summer.
01:56 I think this topic may activate some feelings within you. Maybe not even positive feelings, and thus negative feelings.
02:13 This is coming from a heart of pure service and really knowing that this message will serve you if you're open to hearing it.
03:24 It's around this idea of what it means to pursue your passion versus grow a business.
04:17 There's a lot of lying in our industry and we have to really break that cycle.
05:43 People have this subconscious belief around money that it is bad, and that we shouldn't be in business to make money because it's bad.
06:05 We're all humans, we're all egotistical. Walking humans are doing things to fulfill something within ourselves.
06:40 This glorious idea of what it means and looks like to pursue your passion, and how that's actually different than growing a profitable, sustainable business.
06:54 But oftentimes, when we misconstrue one for the other, this is when we get into problems.
07:29 If something doesn't feel good, it means that it's not for us, and that is such a huge lie.
07:58 Success is fulfilling something you haven't completed yet or you haven't achieved yet.
08:10 But there's a lot of emotional pain and there's a lot of growth within that that happens.
09:47 What happens is anytime it gets hard or you're feeling not so good about it, you trick yourselves into believing that it's not for you and need to pivot and change directions.
10:05 When you think about pursuing your passion versus growing your business, these things can coexist.
10:20 I am doing things that I feel passionate about and still pursuing a profitable business because it is going to allow me to do things that I've never done before.
11:18 I am 100% anti-hustle. It comes from giving up my own time and freedom for my rporate career.
12:01 When you understand how these things play together, it allows you to make better strategic decisions and start to step into the seat of an actual business owner.
12:26 If you don't develop the skills of a business owner, it will not matter how good or how passionate you are about the thing that you do.
13:24 We should operate in our highest zone of genius and level of value, while also responsibly growing as a business owner.
13:50 You will have moments that it feels so hard, you will doubt it, and you will feel insecure.
14:40 I really think that I need to shift my messaging a little bit because I do say things like this is simple, or easy, or faster, or working less.
15:21 Through the lens of what I see, what I feel, and what I experienced, yeah it's easier.
15:44 It's going to be a journey of high work ethic, and really putting in the effort you need to in order to get where you want to be.
16:15 When we think of this idea of being a business owner versus just pursuing your passion, this is where I think that contrast comes in.
17:03 The majority of you don't quite believe it yet, this message is for you!
17:52 When I hear successful businesswomen talk about their portfolio and how they run their machines, they're still really toggling and wanting to understand what's going on in the weeds of the business.
18:16 I just don't think this is for everybody, I really don't. I think this is for a special breed.
18:47 If you don't want to settle for where you are now and you want to reach for more, the important thing for you to consider is, “Where am I?”
19:33 There are things you have to learn how to do if you want to learn and grow a savvy business.
20:08 Some of the messages that are being put out into the industry create a huge misconception about what requires to build profitable businesses.
20:36 If it feels hard right now, you're on the right track.
22:02 Not fulfilling the desires that are in your heart that you may sometimes ignore because they're so big, but they're there. Don’t just ignore them.
22:13 This topic is coming from a place of true service and love because I've had over a decade's worth of business training.
22:44 NowI feel I've done a really good job balancing a growing million-dollar business and a thriving happy family.

While social media can be a valuable part of your marketing strategy, relying solely on it for business growth can be risky. Prioritizing email marketing allows you to build direct relationships with your audience, maintain control over your messaging, and achieve higher conversion rates, making it a critical component of a highly impactful marketing strategy.
In this episode, you’ll learn how to easily integrate email marketing into your overall content plan, how to consistently grow your email list (even if you’re starting from zero), and what to do to reignite your list if you let it go cold.

Do not miss these highlights:
00:51 Email marketing has been top of mind for all of us, and definitely just becoming so much more apparent as the industry is shifting.
01:57 This is not to tell you to move off of social media. In fact, social media is still one of our primary tools for business and this is what we teach our clients.
02:20 But there's no doubt that the power of change at any moment is in the hands of these social media owners.
03:20 At the end of the day, they own the platform and whatever followers you have, you do not own.
03:40 So we are going to be rolling out some new curriculum around email marketing.
04:12 The power of email marketing. First, you own the list.
04:30 The other thing is it's just a different level of communication.
04:55 It gives you those layers to draw from when we're talking about our overall strategy for each quarter and our revenue goals.
05:15 You have these levers to pull in order to make sure that people see you.
05:30 You have to have an email list, it's a non-negotiable.
05:44 Allow yourself to spend forty to fifty dollars a month on an email marketing platform.
06:05 A lot of people assume that because it's coaching, they don't have to put money into it.
06:32 I think the other thing that people make mistakes with is believing that their email list is too small to do anything with it.
06:48 Learning how to nurture a list now is going to serve you tenfold later. The benefit of a smaller list is you get to get more intimate with them.
07:09 So the first step is if you don't have an email list get one. We recommend ConvertKit in which we have an affiliate link that I can drop here.
07:33 Now how do we grow a list?
07:45 We have to create containers where they provide us with their email list and we give them something in exchange.
08:16 Something tangible that you can give somebody that does still align with your higher caliber client.
08:38 But before you create it, ask your audience first.
08:47 If you're not getting hits on it, then ask again and come up with new titles.
09:34 But this is where people might stop as they create a free resource but never share it.
10:10 Once they get into your email list, you have to nurture them. Don't wait until your email list gets bigger.
10:47 Repurpose some of your content to your email or shift it a little bit.
11:01 When you think about that high-converting compelling content that draws people in, it's about telling stories.
11:29 Email marketing is where you have the most freedom to add a call to action by watching what people are paying attention to.
12:24 Next thing to do is you can start doing email campaigns.
12:40 We just run a series that has a start and stop through our email list. It's always fun to see how much cash we can generate from that simple email series.
13:25 We've done five days to 10 days where there's a start and stop, but we're just pushing content every day.
13:42 Urgency comes from demonstrating value and telling people why they need it and why now is the best time.
14:15 So one of our core methods for reach and revenue is live launch. The live launch model which we teach you in “Launch Like a Queen.”
14:45 So even for the people that didn't join, what happens now is they're in our email list.
15:12 Staying consistent, rinsing, and repeating those messages. Letting people know how you help them and what the next steps are is so crucial.
15:46 Don't stop even if you're not seeing your subscribers grow at the moment.
15:57 You have to focus on the long game knowing that people just need a little bit more time, but you have to keep touching them.
16:13 You're not letting it get hung up in your mind of who's paying attention or who is not, but you're still showing up consistently for them.
16:45 We still have to make email marketing a priority, and social media is just a part of that pathway.
17:13 Email marketing is your priority, which means just doing what you're doing likely, but to an email list. Making sure that that is a part of your overall content strategy.
17:26 I hope this episode was helpful.to you and I would love it if you leave a review.

01:56 My intent for the summer is to maintain and do the things to keep moving us forward and building that momentum.
02:08 On this episode, let us do the “Ask me anything” series.”
02:33 I talk about what you want, what your challenges are, what your desires are, and where you're at in that season of your business.
03:19 I'm literally taking direct questions and answering them. Making sure that you all feel supported in the way that you deserve.
03:42 I get this all the time, our free content is so good that they can't even imagine what our paid content is like.
04:23 Today's question comes from Beth Olmstead!
04:32 What I also do is highlight the owner of the question. Making sure we're pointing people to you all because I don't want it to just be about me.
04:44 Where we create a shared learning experience in our communities and making sure you guys are taking full advantage of the collaborations.
05:12 It can be lonely in business and not everyone understands the work involved. So we need friendships and support from our own people.
05:36 As an entrepreneur, you likely noticed that growing up, there was an element of you that knew right off you were different.
06:05 I felt like I am a boring person an anytime I am in a social setting, I just felt like I was constantly being judged.
07:55 I want to answer this in two parts. The first part is how to let your non-entrepreneur friends and peers know of ways you would appreciate their support.
08:23 Ultimately, the vision you hold for your life and your business comes from you.
08:55 People are not going to understand what you're building what you're doing. In fact, a lot may think you are going crazy.
09:37 I started to truly understand how my beliefs were being shaped and what I believed to be true was vastly different than the majority of other people.
10:40 The truth is, we don't need validation or permission from other people.
11:27 Why can't people support what I do? Why can't they just get on board?
12:22 There's still the journey toward doing things you've never done which is being able to step into that belief.
12:35 It's a constant process of changing your thoughts about it, Really embodying the full belief of something and operating from that space.
13:30 Why do I feel I need this support? Why do I feel I need this validation?
13:35 It creates a little bit of a separation from the perspective of what you can and cannot share with other people.
14:25 You release that pressure from these people in your life that aren't supporting you to behave in a certain way or give you something that you need.
15:09 You need to build a deeper belief within yourself and build that self-trust so that you always have your own back.
15:45 It’s important to look and watch for in our life is making sure we're getting the things that we need versus constantly putting that power in the hands of other people.
16:20 Things will change in your life because you change your desires, challenges, and conversations.
17:27 You have to find new relationships and new circles where you can allow yourself to experience or feel normalized in what you're going through.
18:32 A lot of times you're gonna grow out of former relationships or former friendships and grow into new ones that can really evolve with where you're going
21:12 I hate this saying, “It's lonely at the top.” It does create that expectation that once you go off and do these things, it will be lonely.
21:47 Your circles might get smaller and they're going to evolve and shift. But there are other people doing it, too.
22:45 When I sat across the room from people that were doing what I wanted to do, or doing what I was doing, I felt so seen and heard.
23:13 I think this is your calling to go inward and build that belief in yourself and that support with yourself.
23:28 You don't have to drop people in your life but bring in new ones that embody the version of you that you would like to become.
23:58 What's so liberating for you and the people in your life is that you don't need anything from them.
24:52 What's more important is that you don't give up on yourself. You don't give up on your desires and you build that myself-trust so you always have your back.

If you’re a mom running a business during the summer months, you know that it can feel bittersweet. You want to spend time with your kids, but you also want to maintain momentum in your business. I believe you can (and should) have both.
In this episode, I talk about why it’s so important to lean into the seasons of the year and how to use them to your advantage. I share how you can continue to grow your coaching business during the summer months, even with increased distractions and disruptions.
Summer is the season that we are being called to come alive! Use this time to create rhythm in your business so you can enjoy it.

Do not miss these highlights:
01:10 We're going to be talking about summer in this episode because this is an important hot topic for a mom and an entrepreneur.
01:55 More common than not in the entrepreneurship industry it is the business that runs you.
02:32 There's a disproportion in the time that you put in versus what you're actually getting out of the business.
03:23 I'll be honest, there have been seasons where I'm in ebbs and flows like I'm working way too hard.
04:03 I do think it's important to be cognizant of the type of business you're setting up and how it's running with or without you.
04:32 I want to talk about the seasons that you should be aware of because a lot of people come into entrepreneurship with this entitlement type of mentality.
05:34 It's really meant to prepare you for a sustainable business that can provide you with incredible results in the long term.
06:15There are times or seasons in your business, when you reach certain levels, that you will be able to step away for longer periods of time.
06:58 If a piece of content did not work, it may actually be what you did 60 days ago, that's likely going to produce that result.
07:34 When you became good like at content and produce that type of instantaneous result, think about how long it took you to master that craft.
08:18 If you desire to grow to multiple six figures and beyond, then you will be required to show up as that multiple six-figures business CEO. Often times people aren't operating from that space.
09:10 You do not desire to have a hobby as a business. You desire to have it full-time again and it should be a profit-generating business.
09:55 I did work a good chunk of time to be able not just to produce results but also continue to accelerate that momentum.
10:32 I do encourage you to prepare for summer in a way that's going to suit both your business and your family.
11:10 You may have those choices, but it's just important to be truthful with ourselves about what those choices are going to lead us to.
11:33 So when fall comes, you can continue the momentum and you can come back strong, and you're not rusty, that is one of my biggest fears.
12:16 You have a responsibility to yourself to heal the wounds, but also because you signed up to be a business owner, you also have a responsibility as a CEO.
12:38 You should be able to define first what does flexibility and freedom looks and feels like for you.
13:33 You get to decide as a woman and as a mom, and what are some non-negotiables you want to put in place.
14:16 This is something that you need to do before you even start putting parameters in place.
16:10 It's important to narrow in on what you want your summer to look like and then be specific.
17:36 The distractions are much higher and you are likely traveling a little bit more in the summer than you would other parts of the year.
18:26 Going back to our ancestors and what they were doing during the summer, they are following the sun.
19:13 I've gotten better and better at this each year where I know how I'm going to be and what I'm going to be wanting to do during each season of my business.
19:36 I can teach you a lot in our upcoming workshop about Poolside Profit Workshop.
20:52 So what's cool is you could align your business so that you take the bulk of your clients during the winter and spring months. Then you cut it off but then you start taking and accepting claims, but they don't start in the fall.
22:12 Do not stop publishing because if you stop publishing during the summer, you will 100% fill those effects in the fall.
22:50 If you're not constantly generating new ideas that are flowing in and out of you, your body won't be used to that.
23:44 It doesn't have to be every day, but in a rhythm that feels in alignment to how you want to show up for your audience.
24:13 So are you building new relationships? Are you connecting with current relationships? Are you constantly building out your network?
24:40 Every week, that is a recommendation that I have to our clients and our students is to make new connections.
25:00 If you think about the coaching, the content, and then the connections, think about how much time that would take you each day.
25:47 But again, it depends on your niche, every niche is different. Maybe summer is your hot season.
26:15 Now, if you have a team, this is really great because you can start to delegate or even put things in an autopilot to create more of that rhythm while you take it slow down.
27:05 The other things that I want you to consider are, what are things that you can do now that sets you up for success over the summertime?
27:23 This is something that we’re teaching inside of our Poolside Profit Workshop, where we're calling it the evergreen content machine.
27:48 There are things that you can set up one time and have it humming along in the background while you're doing your non-negotiables every week.
28:18 What that email sequence does is it takes your audience to lukewarm to really, really hot and ready to buy.
28:57 This is something that we're going to go deeper in the Poolside Profit Workshop. We are going to teach you what this would look like for you.
29:17 It's always a good idea and a good practice that with every new season to update, refresh, and come with new angles as you're growing your business.
30:30 What I've noticed about the industry is that, the people that are succeeding are those that are innovating.
31:10 As for me, we have that foundation to stand on. It gives us the space and the capacity to experiment and freshen up anytime we plan to.
32:05 In our Poolside Profit Workshop, I'm going to show you what this looks like and really help you brainstorm ways to create this evergreen content machine.
32:33 To bring right resources, knowledge, and spaces, that allows them to get what they need throughout whatever season.
33:00 It's going to be a very powerful workshop. I'm going to be teaching and also giving time for you to workshop so we can also brainstorm with you so that you're walking away with tangibility.
33:15 We're going to be dissecting things for you and helping you think in a way that totally elevates you for this season.
33:38 You do not have to pick or choose, do I choose my business or do I choose my family this summer? I do want you to be able to create more of that flexibility during the summer.
33:57 But you have to do that intentionally, meaning create the business model around that.
34:30 I personally love to align my business in the way that I can honor both my hats. The CEO hat and the woman hat which is also the mom hat, the wife hat, and all those things.

As a CEO, you have a responsibility to make decisions that are in the best interest of your business. The worst decisions are based on feelings and the best decisions are based on facts. But how do you discern feelings vs. facts?
In today’s podcast episode, I talk about how my team and I evaluate the success of our initiatives, specifically our live launch efforts, and what data we look at to determine what to do next.

Do not miss these highlights:
01:08 I would like to share my newfound commitment, to take Fridays off which was so hard to do and it’s crazy.
01:40 It put a little bit of pressure to do more in the confined hours of work, and it built a good discipline in me.
01:56 If you've been with us over the last five episodes, I did a Live Launch Secrets episode series. So now here is a bonus training on Launch Debrief.
02:28 It’s important to know that there are these moving parts within the entire strategy that plays into the overall results that you're seeing or not seeing.
02:52 How do you actually assess what's working, and know what to do the next time?
03:18 It's important to lean in and see that maybe it didn't go according to plan, but ultimately as a business owner, you have to be making decisions based on the right data.
03:47 Because I'm a woman, I have a lot of emotions. Sometimes it's hard to discern what is an emotion, what is a story, and what is a fact.
04:23 I think decision-making is such an underrated or overlooked element in the full picture of being a coach and a business owner.
05:06 If we think about learning from the lessons of our past and being able to carry those forward in a way that supports us and also accelerates us.
05:39 Look at your decision-making process and your evaluation process across the board.
06:20 It's really important to pause and reflect and document those lessons learned.
06:33 The other part of this process is actually writing it down. Having that history of lessons learned.
06:42 I was looking at a past launch debrief that our team did six or seven months ago.
07:00 Because I had that documentation process, I was able to remember and also reimplement it because I have proof that it worked.
07:40 We do a debrief and we have a very specific process for this, that we also give to our clients.
07:50 I want to go over the very specific data that we have collected, looked at, and documented, then we compare it to the overall standards.
08:42 One of the things that you should obviously look at is the total number of registrants for your launch event.
09:05 While most people think that that's the most important number, it's actually not.
09:45 The number that you really want to assess is the show-up rate for this launch event.
10:11 Another thing is when you know some things are normal, you can stop letting it stress you out.
11:12 You work to improve not about the total registrants. It's actually about the total number of people that are going to be showing up live with you.
11:47 You can now align a strategy to make sure that more people can actually hear the pitch.
12:34 Make a habit of having a notebook and being aware of the number of people on live with you.
12:50 What you want to do is improve that transition and figure out how can you hold their attention and make this worth their time.
13:23 You should also need to look at the conversion rate, obviously.
13:37 You also want to track that by day. So you have data that shows you that in some scenarios, over 50% of our people join on the last day.
14:18 You look at overall conversions when it comes to book calls, total claims, total enrollments, etc.
15:05 So when you start to strategize for the next event, those are things that you look at, the email, open rate, and click-through rate.
15:50 You look at the data then you focus. The data tells the story, gives the picture, and gives you very specific areas for opportunity without reinventing the wheel.
17:10 Make sure there are processes in there to remind them and incentivize them because even after they opted in but after a while it's going to be less compelling again.
17:34 What this does is it gives you such a beautiful landscape where your biggest opportunities are.
18:20 You have to develop business skills, analytical skills, and hard skills that allow you to have and make better decisions.
19:04 Give yourself some space, then you got to pick yourself back up and you got to carry on.
19:48 This is something that we do with you inside Launch Like A Queen. We have a launch debrief template that we ask all of our clients to complete. This then allows me to guide them in the right direction after their launch.
20:30 We are still open for enrollment for our June class of Lunch Like A Queen, but we are in application period or waitlist period. So at least just apply so that we can see if we're a good fit together.

In the final episode of the Live Launch Secrets series, I discuss the last step of the live launch model where cash and clients start to roll in. I discuss the primary purpose of this stage and what you should be focused on in order to enroll a flood of clients in just a few days or less.
Fake urgency and scarcity tactics don’t work anymore, but I believe that ethical urgency is what makes our live launch model so profitable. In this episode, you’ll learn what that looks like.
If you’re tired of feeling discouraged from low conversions in your launches, this episode is for you.

00:45 This is our final episode in this series, The Live Launch Secrets, which is so fun.
00:57 I've been getting so much feedback from a lot of you on how helpful this series has been and how you've enjoyed it which is so incredible.
01:29 It’s our responsibility as leaders in our space to take that first step for our clients. Test things for us to share what's working and what's not.
01:54 On this final episode, we're going to unpack the final stage of the Live Launch method, which has been pivotal in our own business.
02:26 So as we've unpacked these stages, I hope that you're also getting a feel for how we personally work with you.
02:48 It's more than just Live Launching, it's about pulling the levers where you want and when you need to.
03:41 What does this look like for me? How can I implement this right away? So I think it's really important to mention that.
04:52 Now, the last stage of the Live Launch process is the Post-Launch Series.
05:41 Sharing the training experience we have with our clients in Launch Like A Queen.
08:10 We have so many assets that we can pull from as examples. But ultimately, none of that really matters if it isn't in alignment with you.
08:35 A perfect example of this is the Post-Launch email sequence and we have a really solid promo sequence in our program.
09:09 We show you what's behind it and why this work.
10:15 The Post-Launch Series is meant to wrap up the launch strong and move people to a decision.
10:44 This is when you are giving people everything they need to make a decision. In all the content, whether that's email or social media posts, you are helping them overcome objections, fill in the gaps and answer their questions.
11:22 The Post-Launch Sequence allows you to give more attention to your offer, and help people show how it aligns with them.
11:42 Some of the biggest mistakes we see in this is, that people already decide that their launch is a flop before it's even over.
12:20 Making sure on that last stretch. Here's what you need to know, over 50% of our buyers in the majority of our launches have come at the last hours on the last day of the series.
13:28 Give that container to people to say, this is the time to make a decision, and there's a deadline assigned to this.
14:34 You don't have to lie to create urgency or scarcity, people can read through the lines.
14:48 The most important thing is that the urgency and the scarcity come from, why now? Not from a deadline perspective.
15:22 When we lean more on demonstrating the value of our offer, and why now is the best time to buy, you will see much higher conversions.
16:18 It's important to note that the urgency, the scarcity, and the deadline itself are not the thing that creates conversions.
16:39 It’s important to understand that you can apply this method to anything in your program.
17:25 Finding a way to still have a finite window for something that you could offer in that finite period of time.
18:05 There are a lot of things you can do that don't require you to have to lie in your marketing. That's the last thing we want.
18:49 There's an end date and you're really communicating very clearly what happens on that end date.
19:32 Something that you would want to dial in is your enrollment process.
19:55 We go deeper with you on this in Launch Like A Queen, but your enrollment process is going to be dependent on your business.
21:00 The first thing I will recommend is the book a call with the application.
21:12 With Launch Like A Queen, it's applying now because we don't take every client that applies.
21:40 We don’t just look at applicants on paper. We do want to experience their energy and their character because we're very specific about who comes into Launch Like A Queen.
22:30 Oftentimes people will put out their sales page prematurely, thus deterring people.
22:47 So we give you a template, that's something that we want you to have, I think any more in the industry at a specific level.
23:02 We want to make sure that we have the assets in alignment with that process and people want to see what your unique solution is.
23:23 The call to action should be very clear and shouldn't change in the launch process itself.
24:15 There are so many little things where you have to tell people why that call to action has to be consistently weaved in.
24:30 Although buyers are already gearing up to buy or feeling warm to the offer, that confusion creates hesitancy.
25:03 You have to continue to lean in and just assume that people are literally in their minds going through this decision.
25:26 Now a couple of things here that I love to recommend is that you have a place where people can ask questions.
26:00 The most important thing is we make sure that no questions are left unanswered.
26:25 You make sure that everybody knows about your launch, thus this awareness also sets you up for success the next time you launch.
26:50 So just know that all the work you do in each launch actually creates that snowball effect that is setting you up for your succeeding launches.
27:13 You should also find ways to connect with people. We have little processes that we add to that relational piece.
27:31 One of the things that we're really good at is creating that intimacy and that white glove experience.
27:57 Find ways in this stage to make sure that you're connecting with each human that showed up.
28:31 So if you decide to launch, you have to commit to seeing this through the entire way.
28:44 You have to finish strong. This is something that I feel like I'm really good at.
29:25 You need to have the grit and the tenacity to think at a level that you need to operate in order to hit those goals.
29:48 Forced to think in ways you've never thought before and do things that you've never done before.
30:45 Making sure that you're seeing this through all the way to the end, and giving it your all.
31:16 I'll do a bonus episode on the enrollment process, which moves more into the claim journey.
31:46 I know exactly what is needed to be tweaked and find it for our clients.
32:14 We are using a debrief template that we make our clients also use.
32:30 This is something that we're also passionate about in helping you become better decision-makers and helping you become better CEOs. You can not make decisions out of emotion.
32:52 We can help you assess these things in your business from a very clear lens and from facts and data.

What if you could sell with authenticity and also see a drastic increase in your launch conversions? In this episode, I dive into one of the most commonly avoided steps in the overall launch process: the offer invitation or “the pitch”. Without a strong call to action, you will have built all of the momentum for nothing.
Tune in to discover how you can sell from a place of service and create large cash infusions with even the smallest audience sizes.

Do not miss these highlights:
00:49 Our Live Launch Secrets Series in the podcast is in the fourth episode now!
01:04 I just like to share here what a full weekend we have in my family looks like.
02:10 I have so many personal breakthroughs and it's mainly from the positive feeling radiating in my body.
03:17 I am just feeling so grateful and want to be an example of a woman that can have it all.
04:19 I’m leaning into every moment in whatever that looks like and making sure I am getting the most out of it, even if it's not the greatest.
04:29 Let's get into today's episode, we've been talking about the five stages of live launches.
05:27 What's important to note is to discern your priorities and what your objectives are in each phase.
06:04 The fourth stage of Live Launching is the Offer Invitation, and this is the transition.
06:30 A lot of negative emotions are connected to the word “pitch”, but I want to change that dynamic for you.
06:52 We should be doing our role to demonstrate how we can help people through the means of our specific program, product, and or service.
07:26 That one big thing is the focus of the attention in your offer invitation in its own stage. It will put more priority and importance on it for you.
07:57 If I don’t share my offer, it is all for nothing. I don't want to just help people in a sort of free container. I want to go deeper with them.
08:31 I'm going to invite you to the next step which is our Launch Like A Queen. So you see
how I do transition?
09:15 The intent is to make that clean transition.
09:38 It is important that this is not the first time somebody heard about your offer.
10:30 You're not just pitching, you're not just giving them the invitation. You're giving them much value.
10:59 We already talked about over-teaching. That bloated feeling by giving your people too much that they're literally so uncomfortable.
11:27 I want to shift you into a new dimension, where you're not just seeing something differently, but you must also see the path.
11:49 In the five stages, you can implement this on your own at this point and create success.
12:07 We work together in Launch Like A Queen, where we're actually designing your Launch Event together.
12:33 We use our highest converting asset, and it's so much more robust.
13:07 You’re all in your offer. Your job now is to give these people all the information they need to make the best decision that's aligned with their desires.
13:46 You are moving into a scenario where you are giving them the full details of why your offer is the best thing to help them get what they want.
15:13 You want to make sure that the problem is being addressed, and the solution is being addressed. You get to show them the best features of your program.
16:28 The “pitch” should not be the first time they're hearing your offer.
16:58 Making clear that it's not just the “pitch” that is bringing attention to the offer, it's throughout the entire experience.
17:58 You leverage your Launch Runway to massively build momentum around you and your offer.
18:20 It gives your audience a little bit of a new flavor and it's bringing more of this overall brand awareness.
18:41 Let's talk about the “pitch,” or we call this the Offer Invitation.
19:14 There is something that I would personally recommend to you when you work with us.
19:57 We will design and build the “pitch” together so that the pitch is a very natural trend position.
21:04 You and I both know that the biggest transformations happen inside of your paid containers.
21:43 You completely elevate yourself, you completely show up as the Category Leader because it gives other people permission to step into their most authentic selves.
22:12 Selling is serving, selling is transferring, and selling is the highest form of serving when you do it.
22:44 Selling is not about making people buy something they don't want.
23:36 Your premium buyers are already investing their time, money, and energy to solve the problems that they have.
22:53 You helping them see your unique pathway is going to create more of that desire and demand towards you and your offer.
24:13 Your highest-level results are going to come from your highest-level thoughts.
24:49 To create the results they want that it's just a matter of shifting.
25:25 The worst thing that you could put your potential clients is in the gray and never make decisions.
26:00 You have to take them to that next step and you have to give them the information.
26:15 I want you to oversell in context. Putting out and giving out all your cards on the table.
26:43 Overcoming objections, knowing the biggest limiting factors your ideal clients are coming up against is hitting a wall.
27:20 We know that one of the biggest objections people have in this stage is they're focused on all the wrong things.
28:09 You have to firmly believe in your heart and in your mind that your offer is the best possible solution for them.
29:11 It's an objection, and there's something underneath that's preventing them from ultimately making the purchase.
29:35 They don't trust you. They don't trust your offer, or they don't trust themselves.
30:16 But when you execute this entire Live Launch process in its full entirety and also do it, you're doing it all at once and that is why it's so powerful.
31:16 Now there are several different calls to action.
31:44 It's important to understand these elements and how they play into the type of call to action.
33:16 A lot of you didn't go into entrepreneurship to become a better marketer or a better seller. But that is what you have learned you need to do.
34:03 We want to set ourselves up for success when we're really starting to develop our skills in marketing and selling, and pitching.
34:44 We don't just take anybody and everybody for clients.
33:46 Our offer Launch Like A Queen, we have very specific qualifications for that offer.
35:28 The application lets people know who you're looking for and who you want to work with.
37:16 People underestimate the power in the process.
38:00 Things seem basic to us and we leave them out in that communication process. But you have to over-communicate the details.
38:20 When we're telling them, this is what the next steps are. That's your call to action and the rest of the experience.
38:35 This same call to action throughout. It doesn't change. It's the same and it's going to feel like you're redundant, but it's totally okay.
39:43 But when you can actually take this as your challenge and this is your responsibility, how great can you be?
41:27 There are so many benefits to you fine-tuning this skill. It's more than just an offer invitation and more than just a pitch.
41:53 It's such a valuable skill that you have to have in order to disrupt your industry and really climb to that top.
42:25 Inside of Launch Like A Queen, we have a Pitch Perfect session with our sales expert.
42:54 It is not just me that creates this experience for our clients. It's my team, it's the layers of expertise that we have built within the company.
43:29 So we have specific training within Launch Like A Queen that helps you transition into that offer invitation and how to deliver that in a more powerful way.
44:10 In our last episode in the series, we're talking about the Post-Launch Sequence. And this is ultimately where the conversions come in.

00:47 We are in the Live Launch Secrets episode series number three.
01:06 What we're doing here is unpacking the complete live launch highly proven method that we implement with our claims that we have been using for years to attract and enroll dozens of claims at a time.
02:45 This episode, let's talk about your Launch Event.
03:08 The Launch Event is an extension of your brilliance. It's going to determine the quality of claims that you bring into your ecosystem.
03:50 Something that is super helpful to know is that the more specific your launch event is, the better.
04:17 Your content and your brand should be fully representing you as a person, and not just merely an entrepreneur.
04:40 Being specific to your promises on your Launch Event, the better. Avoid getting too colorful, too broad, or too vague with our message.
08:50 People are looking for a very specific type of expert.
09:10 Your specific message works two ways.
09:52 We’re talking about the art and science of Live Launching so much because I can give you this entire framework.
10:08 But ultimately, you will have to pull in your own voice, your own shared experiences, and your own journey.
10:55 What is ultimately the promise of your offer? What is somebody going to walk away knowing, doing, or experiencing?
11:45 I look at the three big lucrative money-making spaces, health, wealth, relationship, and about red and blue oceans.
12:27 What we want to do is create a Category of One, and that is what we do for you.
12:50 The better you position your launch event, the more you're going to have people coming in and see your conversions.
13:08 The first step is to go deep and think about a powerful position you can use on a topic you could teach that's going to be aligned with your offer.
13:58 Example is we make you go through each of the steps to be able to get clients consistently, which is the ultimate promise of our 10KCC offer.
15:30 Once we've done a Design Your High Ticket offer, that's one pillar of the overall framework of what we teach in our 10K Content Collective.
15:57 One of the things we haven't even touched on yet is, what is your enrollment process?
16:40 This podcast title I know will resonate with a lot of you because we hear over-teaching in launch events.
17:31 So Instead what I want you to do is to give value in a way that really helps them think differently, feel differently, and do differently.
18:06 Your primary responsibility is to help them overcome limitations. Basically, give them permission to go after what they truly desire and do whatever it takes to get it.
18:41 Open loops for your offer. Even if they want your offer but do not believe that they can actually do it, they will not be ready to buy.
19:29 That's a part of your job during the Launch Event is to break it down and help them see this simple path forward, and also overcome additional objections.
19:57 An example of this would be during Launch Lab. People believe in order to have a successful Live Launch, they need to have a big audience.
21:00 But I want to help them break that down by showing them specific examples, statistics, numbers, etc.
21:45 I share these data with our clients, but you will also learn to have your own. Write those things that really hit people the right way.
22:09 When we think about teaching, we're really aiming to overcome objections through the venue or through the vehicle of storytelling.
23:50 In Launch Like A Queen, what we do is break it down. We break your topic down and we look at the why, what, and how.
24:48 Now I'm teaching, but mostly I'm just helping you see the way the how and the implementation that's only something I can do with you as a client intent.
25:47 So we're going to do this together. How we do this is dependent specifically on you.
26:20 But that shift alone will create such a more transformational experience for your people.
27:27 Again most people think that they have to teach a lot in order to create a powerful experience.
28:50 Now let's talk about the different types of Launch Events.
29:32 What you want to focus on is, what would my avatar appreciate?
30:10 But when we think about the pros and cons of each, something to consider is attention.
31:10 Again whatever we're thinking about is how much time I need with them, but also what makes sense for them.
32:20 When you can do it in 90 minutes or less, that's a really incredible discipline to build.
33:21 Getting people to come back. That's another skill you just have to master.
33:56 We have a repeated launch event several times last year. We did the Content Lab for six or seven months in a row.
34:32 You’ll have more flexibility and capacity to experiment with new topics because you have the fundamentals, and you know how to effectively take people through this process.
35:15 So I'm always leaning into each of our clients to assess, would we do something a little different this time? Would we do the same thing?
35:44 There are three things, three components that we try to include in the experience itself.
35:50 The curriculum, which is basically the content.
36:02 The community, we're we should always try to create around the Launch Event.
36:45 Then the third part is the coaching.
36:58 As a coach, you need to actually show people how you coach. You want to give people a feeling, and a perspective of your style of coaching.
37:35 A simple way to do this is to do Q&A at the end.
39:06 But when you look at all three, the coaching, the curriculum, and the community, those three together create a real dynamic experience.
39:53 Today we helped you create a powerful promise for your launch event.
40:36 Most of you are not marketers like me, so I’ll specifically help you build that out. That's what people lean on to us.
40:53 In the next episode, we're going to talk about stage four of Live Launching, which is the offer invitation, or the “pitch.” This is the selling piece.

No matter how big or small your audience is, when you execute your launch runway well, you will be able to fill your launch events, attract higher caliber clients, and create consistent cash infusions in your business.

Do not miss these highlights:
00:57 If you haven't already, definitely catch the first episode of the series, the Live Launch Secrets.
01:12 This is also really one of our core signature ways of helping our clients grow their businesses to the next level.
01:41 It is just so diverse in the way that you can use it in many ways if you know how to use it properly.
01:56 In this episode, we will talk about the launch runway.
02:03 Let’s have a visual around an airplane that has a shorter runway.
02:44 What we find a lot of women do is try to create momentum in their launch without doing the launch runway.
03:20 What we want the launch runway to do is yes, fill our launch event with whatever style you decide to use.
03:48 Leveraging your audience and promoting your launch event to your social following and your email list.
04:30 It's really important to think more holistically about how you're selling your launch event and what's happening in this launch runway.
05:14 So the call to action is yes, join the launch event, but throughout the messaging and throughout the process.
05:47 If you think about this launch runway, you're already subconsciously, indirectly, and even directly feeding your people up for your offer without you and them knowing it.
07:20 The call to action is still the launch event but all the messaging is there. And part of that indoctrination sequence is we can help you build inside of one check.
07:40 Your launch event, if done well is just a component of your overall framework in helping people get results.
08:20 Really starting to open that loop for them from the get-go, and if you haven't been consistent in selling your offer, this is definitely one of the things that we do inside of 10K Content Collective.
09:25 When you're doing this Launch Runway, it's not just setting yourself up for success in the launch event. It's setting yourself up for success in the overall conversions.
10:00 This cycle builds that overall momentum and gives you a bigger peak so you can have those high conversions.
10:38 A lot of people will only share their launch event once or twice and feel discouraged
when they don't get the leads.
11:22 If you don't have an email list, you're not building your email list, definitely come to our 10KCC group where we help you build those basics intact.
12:23 Another thing to know is that you should be always promoting it from start to stop. Up until you have your launch event.
13:07 You have to stay consistent and every lead counts. You do not need a lot of volume to fill your launch events.
13:41 Do whatever it takes to hit those goals but don't let not hitting that goal deter you from really fully showing up throughout the entire launch process.
14:18 We build into your projections when you come into Launch Like A Queen and that's something that we really take into careful consideration.
14:45 We also help you create that Category Leader Identity and use this system to elevate yourself in the market and show up as a bigger bolder version of yourself.
15:30 Your Launch Runway is allowing you to create momentum, but it doesn't just happen.
15:43 You have to create that with your energy and with your focus. And it's not by focusing on what isn't working.
17:22 This is also your opportunity to become a better steward of your resources and use that to elevate you, and Launch Runway also does that.
18:00 Something that we also help you with inside Launch Like A Queen is all the tech stuff because it is a little overwhelming.
18:30 As all of these little parts work so amazing together, whether it's for those hot leads right away, or taking those cold leads warm, or even making them hot throughout that buying cycle.
19:00 For the next episode, I'm gonna show you the most important elements of a launch event and how not to overteach.

Welcome to the Live Launch Secrets series where I break down the exact live launch strategy I’ve used to elevate my message in the market, amplify my reach, and cross the half-million-dollar revenue mark in just three years.
Today, I’m revealing the most important element of the live launch process and where most of the mistakes tend to happen: the planning phase.
In order to create bigger and better results, you have to give yourself the proper time and space to thoroughly think through your strategy. This will allow you to be proactive in your business rather than reactive.
Tune in!

Do not miss these highlights:
01:33 It’s my desire to show up more to my audience, so I'll never stop creating content on social.
02:00 We know that the podcast portion or the podcast element is an integral part of our customer journey based on the studies that we've done.
02:25 So what's really exciting is we're actually going to do a five-part series for Live Launching.
02:59 Our signature offer Launch Like A Queen is really helping you see how we think about Live Launches.
03:32 Over the next five episodes, I'm going to go deeper into the five core stages of Live Launching.
05:52 For today we're going to unpack Stage One, the Groundwork which is the stage that most people skip.
06:29 One of the components that I will never forget is that you should spend more time planning than you do executing.
06:44 It was really hard to get people to spend time planning because just like me, you just want to get to it.
07:22 What happens is we miss important details of the processes.
07:56 When you have a process that you follow like we do a plug-and-play system, we plug and go, and my team knows exactly what to do.
08:31 When you have this system, you can use it for anything.
09:09 I love serving my audience throughout the year and anytime we want. Give them a new flavor or offer, a different way for our audience to experience with us.
09:28 It's just important to have a couple of things to decide on before you start executing your Live Launch.
09:38 First of all, what are you selling?
09:55 We're going through this series of steps where we have a masterclass or a challenge or workshop.
10:20 You create this pressure-filled container where people have to say yes or no, and you move people through this process all at once. This is marketing and selling in volume.
11:11 Looking at your offer and deciding this is the thing that we're going to sell,
12:25 The groundwork is so important because you can use this as an opportunity to feel certain and really confident in your offer and your message.
14:05 The other thing which is also going to sound obvious but most people don't do is to calendar some dates and Reverse Engineering.
15:11 A common misconception is you have to enroll clients right after your Live Launch.
16:05 Reverse Engineering is from your launch event, we back out of that date and start to think about our Launch Runway.
16:35 It is about gearing up for a very specific Launch Event, much further out like two weeks from that is really just my opinion.
17:11 But whatever you decide, what's most important is that we calendar it. I know it sounds so obvious, but most people skip over this.
17:55 That is not how category leaders launch. This is what we teach you inside Launch Like A Queen.
18:10 Your Live Launch is your chance to take yourself from that solopreneur coach phase to that Category Queen type of environment.
19:00 We have a complete launch checklist like swipe files, and then some of our highest-converting launch assets so you can have examples.
19:50 We want you to complete the majority of your assets ahead of time if possible.
20:54 This is why we provide such a high-powered space inside of our launch because it can feel a lot.
21:13 Doing your first true high-powered Live Launch is going to be one of the biggest humps. You have to cross after that, then you get to have fun with it and put layers.
21:37 This is something we do on our Customer Strategy Call when you come into Launch Like A Queen.
21:56 Some of our clients have done it so many times, they're starting to dip into this fun, powerful, advanced type of things you can do, to really enhance the overall journey.
22:17 But if it's just your first, second, or even third launch, we don't want you trying to pull in all the things.
22:53 We want to preserve that energy. Sometimes when you're just getting going in this process, you don't really have the capacity for a lot.
23:30 We lean into you and what you need. And you have to learn yourself and what you need and be able to assess what makes sense.
24:55 Planning sets the stage for what's coming and you can really eliminate a lot of stress and burnout.
26:08 When you don't love your offer, people will also feel that from you. So that's also time for you to just like get re-engaged with what you're selling.
26:35 In the next episode, we're going to cover the Launch Runway.
27:17 We're going to talk about some strategies for that. What's important about that particular stage? How to fill your Launch Events and also some really common mistakes to avoid?
