Do not miss this highlights:
03:48 Sales conversation over the phone can feel very frightening, but you are going to have much higher conversions.
04:08 Learn about your people is what you have to set out to do no matter what.
04:30 Our 10k Collective is one part of what we can teach you as far as effective selling goes.
04:39 We will teach you how to write organic content that attracts and enrolls.
04:46 We will help you package your expertise, your unique brilliance, into a high-end coaching program.
04:58 We have a plug-and-play system for you to use right now to get clients and make money. We also have a whole community waiting for you.
05:07 You’ll get coached several times a week. You’ll have a plethora of content resources to use right away to accelerate your learning curve.
05:22 You don't have to do this alone, and you should not be figuring it out on your own. You should be playing your way to wealth and earning now.
05:54 Now the interview with Carol Trotter. She is a menopause coach. Helping women regain their energy, lose weight, feel their confidence. to make menopause the best time of their life.
06:32 She had invested in other programs to learn different selling techniques. She was encouraged to do webinars and do Facebook ads.
06:42 But all she was bringing into her group was not her dream client.
07:10 All the while she was selling a program, and not selling their issues. She wasn't helping them anywhere.
08:22 It was actually her own journey, her own issues in menopause that she was dealing with that led her to decide she wanted to be a coach.
08:32 Because she was able to help herself, she knew that she had to help other women in menopause.
09:06 In coaching, it is through our own transformation or result that we experienced ourselves that we decide to be a coach.
09:29 Helping others should show them that there is a better way and it's a very natural progression.
10:10 But even if the sales page is up, doing a webinar, or thinking that you're doing great. But still, it doesn't convert.
10:35 Creating conversations up to the selling point, but in a “serving is selling process.”
10:38 Coming from the heart and not coming from a place where you need this money. You're coming because you want to help women.
11:10 Now there is giving in serving, and not just trying to take something.
11:39 Creating content that helps and serves people but also brings them to you.
12:24 Bringing in all the time that gratitude feeling during the call. It's just very spiritually driven with a higher connection conversation.
14:05 Not to overcomplicate everything for ourselves. People are just in pain and they want somebody to tell them how to get out of pain.
15:58 You need to move out into the DM, and have that real conversation with the client.
16:19 Being able to serve from that place of gratitude. Moving it over into that sales conversation and just saying, “I have more.”
16:51 Not asking them to buy your program. You will just be serving them and showing up for them. You just want to give them more information.
17:02 It's not really the words. It's the energy behind you putting out there that is actually coming from a safe place.
18:05 Showing up with organic content. Knowing how to write to those pain points. Knowing how to show up simply and just be there.
18:30 Sales happened naturally through that content.
19:04 Don't give up and don't take things personally if we keep on getting rejections.
19:41 Knowing where you're coming from, what are your goals, why are you doing this? You're doing it to serve other people, even though it's hard sometimes.
19:55 It will come, just keep showing up. The more you show up, the more they see you and it will all work. .

As a heart-centered coach, you’re likely on a journey to help others heal but are noticing that you are on a healing journey yourself. There’s a lot to be aware of as you navigate the experiences you’ll have as things surface for you at each new level of growth. Kinsey shares a real and raw conversation around her personal journey of healing and how you might be able to lean into this next season of yours with an open heart and an open mind in order to prepare for greater experiences in your business and in your life.
Do not miss this highlights:
03:29 A raw and real conversation around healing. What it means to me, my own journey, and what are some things that you could consider in your own healing journey.
03:50 In growing a business, you should be willing to have a conversation about the emotional depth and journey that you are going to take.
04:25 Create a space of honesty around your holistic journey as a coach, as a woman, as a wife, as a mother, and all the hats that you wear within this context.
05:31 Healing helps create a lasting transformation within you that is going to propel you forward those $1 million plans.
06:02 If you are not willing to take that journey, emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, business will feel hard and dry and empty and slow, if we think of it from a revenue perspective.
06:35 I believe that the primary purpose, in really stepping into your work as a mission field, is to go on that process of self-discovery. Becoming more of that version of who you are created to be.
07:14 Getting significant results requires this journey of allowing yourself to heal.
07:38 When I think of healing, it really is a journey about past, present and future.
09:19 There are things and milestones that you have to navigate through in order to arrive at a certain destination which unlocks each step in your journey.
09:33 It requires these pockets of awareness of where, and when, and how, you have developed the stories and the beliefs that you have now.
09:58 It is actually creating this magnet-like force in opposition to where you're going.
10:44 When it comes to healing, it is an Infinite journey.
10:55 You're going to have things resurface in bigger, sometimes better ways. But a lot of times in more painful ways.
11:10 Sometimes they might look or appear differently, or sometimes they just feel different.
13:30 When you start to really understand that healing isn't a one and done. When you now notice the connection of your own depth of emotion, to the depth of entrepreneurship, then that is the point of your evolution.
14:27 That is what will start to unlock the deeper layers of you as an entrepreneur.
15:01 It can be very painful to go on this journey of deep emotional healing and understanding of yourself and unpacking.
15:11 But the benefit of this is, it unlocks that whole new level of pleasure.
15:55 The more that you can get to help your clients create that as well, because it's all connected now.
16:22 It is connected to how you experience emotion, how you think, how you believe, how you operate, and where that's coming from.
16:51 It's important to be open to potentially changing your perception to move into that next season of business.
17:00 As you start to unpack it further, there will be much more there for you to learn about yourself.
19:11 You have to be willing to go on that journey that is ultimately what entrepreneurship is about in life.
19:20 The bigger the results that you want in your business, the deeper the healing that has to occur. The deeper the discovery work that has to be done, or you will always maintain at a surface level, and surface level does not produce quantum results.
19:48 There's always new things to be aware of, so new things to learn about yourself which is so fun. This is why you have to be okay with uncomfortable feelings.
20:11 We go deep, which again produces those bigger results for you, your business, and your life.
21:39 So when you allow yourself to feel the emotions more deeply, both negative and positive emotions, you open yourself up to so much more in life and in business.
22:30 Being more curious in your journey and allowing yourself to experience the emotion.
23:42 Permitting to sit in your emotions, what you'll find is on the other side of that, you'll experience a huge breakthrough.

One of the fastest ways to accelerate your income and impact is by having a high-ticket coaching program in your offer suite. In this episode, Kinsey explains why this is the case and shows you how you can turn your current low-ticket offer into a high-end experience for your perfect dream clients.

Do not miss this highlights:
03:51 Let us talk about turning your low-ticket course into a high-end coaching program.
04:27 We will talk a lot about the two tiers of women that we serve in the 10K Content Collective. This is where you master your skills in marketing and selling and coaching clients.
04:43 We will teach you a very unique organic content method system, which is the fastest path to claims.
04:54 It's about maximizing your claims journey and knowing where to meet your clients.
05:13 Now, once you start getting rhythm in there, what happens is, you’ll get fully booked.
05:22 Then you’ll find yourself out of capacity. Back in the spot where you’re trading time for money.
05:52 The next thing you need is that scalable offer, it should be a result driven offer.
06:08 What we have is a very unique design and methodology that can help you not sacrifice your clients' results in order to prioritize your own time.
06:37 We will help you flush out the one-on-one coaching program to get people's results.
07:02 You get to grow your revenue without increasing your input. This is truly what scaling means.
07:41 What we see a lot in leaders in our specific industries, they're pushing the idea that you just have to sell your course.
07:59 But what we really see and understand is, nobody wants courses.
09:04 What we really want to help you with is, positioning, packaging, and pricing.
09:24 There's a lot of nuances out there. But we want you to focus more on what we call a low ticket offer.
09:52 What do people do when they see a price? There's immediately an attachment or connection to the amount of value that people will get.
10:23 You have to have that base curriculum in there in this coaching experience.
10:39 There's three things that we really focus on when designing your scalable offer or your group coaching program.
10:49 How do you get somebody from point A to point B?
11:04 We want the curriculum to be able to stand on its own if it could, so people can get results on their own.
11:10 The second piece to that is the coaching. This is where you get to come in and still have customization to meet everybody's personal needs, or desires, or unique challenges.
11:57 The coaching aspect is designed to be a high end group coaching program. It adds that layer where people know that they can still have that support, that mentorship.
12:25 Then the third piece is the community.
13:02 It is a bunch of people that have commonalities, that is how to create a really strong community.
13:25 Potentially the biggest asset that your group coaching program can have is the community of like-minded people, all trying to achieve a like goal.
13:51 We have a whole client fulfillment team that has processes in. We have cracked the code on how do you create a community that people feel safe.
14:33 When you think of that curriculum, the coaching, the community, you have a powerful experience that you get to create for your ideal client.
15:13 With your innovation and thinking about, how do I take this curriculum, or this thing that I've already created, and enhanced it?
15:49 One of the biggest things that we've noticed is they come in, and they immediately experience that momentum from the culture that we've created in our communities.
16:09 You can transform them, just through that initial transactional process of “coming in” becoming a client, and indoctrinating them in your process, and your journey, then you will gain clients for life.
16:40 This is definitely something we specialize in, especially from a client fulfillment perspective.
16:54 Biggest takeaway for you here, is to look at your current program or product suite. Take a look at your client journey.
17:33 It's about learning your person, what they want, what they want to feel, and where they're going to get the most hung up.
17:48 That's where we start to build around. Really create that journey, rather than just a product that you push or buy with curriculum.
18:17 It is not how you can demand higher prices. It is how to create bigger results not just for you but for your ideal clients as well.

Picking up blanket pieces of advice like “niching down” without any context can really slow you down as a coach trying to get traction in the online space. In this episode, Kinsey discusses when it’s appropriate to niche down and when it might actually be a detrimant to you finding your voice, growing an audience, and getting clients. Listen to find what where you should focus in your niche and how to get accelerated results.
Do not miss this highlights:
02:32 Honor where you're at now. Know that with every season of growth, every level of business, there's going to be both the negative and the positive.
03:57 Weave in the importance of niching down and specificity in your content.
04:03 How important this is if you want to get more clients with your organic content, or just in general.
04:14 Picking a niche and committing to that niche is the best thing you can do for yourself.
04:30 Our coaching group have a whole section on how to create your irresistible offer, how to identify who your dream client is, and the most effective way to do market research.
05:06 Majority still questions their niche or there's drama around who they're seeking to, who to really narrow in on, and who to pull up all things.
05:24 First to be aware of is, if the niche is causing you more pain than it is pleasure, you need to close the loop, and it's more about taking action.
06:47 What can happen is, as you start to go on the journey of growing in your message and amplifying your voice, then eventually discovering where your niche is in the marketplace.
07:28 What matters most is you're putting your message out there and also letting the market respond to you.
07:40 As you are getting more messages along the lines, getting more feedback in return, you will start to evolve naturally
08:06 Good place to start is, you know what you want to do for yourself and for others, and that you are aware that you are a few steps ahead of other people.
08:19 When you think about niching down, there's two camps that I want you to sit in depending on where you're at in your journey.
08:58 In a very broad space scenario, it is important to get more niche, otherwise, you will fall flat.
09:15 Focus and starting with what you know, what your origin story is, and narrowing in on your specific message.
10:26 Drop into your brilliance, drop into your creativity, and allow that to come through. Allow your market to see what you have, and let them respond to that as well.
10:53 You maybe in a season of your business that you would actually do a disservice to pick one thing and go all in.
11:17 It's not good enough just to show up online and talk about all the things you're good at. You still want to resonate with the heartbeat of your dream client.
11:25 This is what we call the revolutionary content method. Where you blend your unique brilliance with the heartbeat of your dream client.
12:07 It's less important to pick the one niche right now and go all in if it's causing you to stay stuck and not put anything out there.
13:21 Focus on creating content once a day. Each day you're picking at least you know one person to write to, and you're just writing to them
14:27 What will happen is, you will find their market responding to you. Then you will also find that sweet spot of where you want to land.
15:25 Then you just rinse and repeat that and you cannot go wrong, because at the end of the day, your responsibility is to become a better communicator.
15:57 When you come into our programs, these are things that we unlock for you in a way that really makes sense.
16:04 Our programs are not some sort of blanket advice, cookie cutter, do this, do that. We start to drop into your heart and mind, and uncover parts of you that you've never even realize that were there.

What if being a woman is your superpower as a business owner? What if you leaned way into your unique body, your unique mind, and your unique lifestyle -- as a woman -- and gave yourself permission to have it all (without having to sacrifice anything that’s important to you).
It’s time to reject the hustle culture and build a business that allows you to have space for all of your desires.
Do not miss this highlights:
01:52 Running a business as a woman, being a mom, and not running a business like a man.
02:13 Femininity and masculinity, the hustle and flow, things that we hear in the industry.
02:32 A great marketing and messaging is a telling a story in a way that your audience can see themselves in that story.
02:42 The idea of running a business as a woman. Like the feminine flow or alignment.
03:03 It's really important to understand the advice you’re following. It may not align with your lifestyle, or your personality, or the way that your body is literally built.
04:19 When we need time to recognize balancing the duty as a mother, as a wife, and as an entrepreneur, this is a lot.
04:51 There are going to be seasons when you feel like you're not doing any of it very well.
05:20 I think that there's a lot to speak about, you can't have both, you can't have all of it. But that I believe is a lie.
05:33 Now, there are, of course, times where you will have to make short term sacrifices for long term gratification.
06:09 Hold a space for the vision that you can have at all. And this is really what we want for women, especially those that have big dreams in their heart.
06:21 But there are always constant bumps and barriers along the way.
06:38 In the past, I noticed that a belief will trickle in from time to time, that success doesn't happen to people like me.
07:07 Think about running a business as a woman, really honoring all elements of your life, and making sure that you're building in the time and the space to create that.
07:23 Work harder to be successful, that is, I believe, a very masculine belief.
07:30 There are some cases where if you just work harder, you'll be successful. But that is not going to create longevity.
08:00 What are you living for? What is the life you want to create? It is not alive, being chained to your desk.
08:57 Why did I leave something not give me no time to trade it for something that also gives me no time?
09:12 If we have simple strategies, we can allow ourselves to create simple results that are also big results.
10:00 So really balancing out and ultimately, you have a responsibility to really break the belief that hard work equals success.
10:59 There's a difference between that masculine and feminine energy in really allowing more flow into your life and releasing this idea of hard work equals success.
11:10 The other idea here that I really want to introduce is having better thoughts about you.
11:35 If you don't feel like you even have confidence in your offer, what's going to happen is you're going to overcompensate for that thought, by working harder.
12:11 Women spend so much time worrying about other people's thoughts and feelings and carrying that around.
12:30 But if we can learn how to navigate our thoughts better about ourselves.
12:43 Operating out of facts and not emotions, this is as a woman's emotions can serve you so well.
13:18 Men tend to operate more from logic than women.
14:00 That logical part of you needs to really start to awaken to insert a little bit more about masculinity into the business.
14:36 When you add these elements you are now starting to feel a little bit more of that alignment.
15:02 In running a business as a woman, are you taking care of your mind, of your body, of your spirit so that you are optimally well?
15:50 Remember you are not your business, and your business is not you.
15:59 You have to really create that time and space to care for yourself, even when you have a bazillion other things to take care of.
16:47 At the end of the day the key difference is, you have to prioritize yourself in your needs as a woman.
17:09 At times you're trying to sit down and focus but then you feel cluttered.
17:32 We tend to like spirals a little bit. So this goes along again with infrastructure.
17:38 Are you creating infrastructure in your life to support all realms and layers of you and your family, and your business?
18:00 Making sure you have infrastructure, the right tools, and the resources to help you.
18:43 Ultimately being aware of the fact that your body is different, even about women's cycles.
19:04 Building some sort of routine that can also support your feminine body is going to be so important. You are not a man, you are a woman and you are built differently.
19:37 You need to have a very simple business model that aligns with your revenue goals and can help you really stay focused and serve your clients at your highest level. 20:05 It's important to listen and honor those very unique needs, and give yourself space to take care of those elements of you.
20:41 Through this discovery process, it's the little things. Also honoring the fact that my mentor is a man and his sprint seasons look very different from my sprint seasons.
21:08 If you want it all, you just have to give yourself that space to figure out what that looks like for you.
21:25 Yes you can. I believe in you. We have clients all over the world that are doing it as proof that you can too.

If you’re not getting as many clients as you would like, it’s possible that you are not in alignment with what you sell. In this episode, Kinsey introduces two ways you might be resisting your offer and how to fix it.
Do not miss these highlights:
01:53 A lot of the mental, emotional, even physical, and potentially even financial shifts that we now experiencing in our life as a seasonal transition.
02:42 I think it's important for me to share the darker seasons and or the the moments that we go through because it is not all unicorns and rainbows.
03:04 Bigger dreams, bigger responsibilities, require that bigger growth and growth is not always fun.
03:24 Talking about your offer or the thing that you sell, and you might have several things that you sell, hopefully you don't have too many.
03:50 If you're in a product based business, your offer is the thing that people buy from you in exchange for money for value.
04:13 When you think about the ecosystem of your marketing, everything revolves around your offer, because your offer is a combination of your brilliance with who you serve.
04:36 But if you aren't feeling so freaking excited and energized by your offer, by your brilliance, and the people that you serve, this is where you're going to fall flat. Not just in revenue, but energetically, it's not going to be fun for you.
05:01 There's two huge indicators that you can see the most when it comes to being out of alignment with your offer.
05:21 When we think of alignment with an offer, it is that excitement of it.
05:32 Ultimately, at the end of the day, if you don't feel so excited about your offer, it's usually due to these two scenarios.
05:43 One of those is the fact that you are selling something because you were told to sell it.
06:11 You cram yourself in a box and feel like you have to talk about an offer because that's the only thing that will work in that particular coaching space.
06:36 You want to sell people what they want, not necessarily what they need, but sort of that pain point.
07:20 But when we think about selling something because it's sellable, but you're not excited about it, you're gonna lose the fire
07:47 So at the end of the day, when you think about that core result, we do have to balance this.
08:09 So we just have to dive in to think about what is that core problem.
08:45 What problem is it that you solve? What do you feel fired up about talking about? If the fire isn't there, the flame will die.
09:33 The second piece of being out of alignment with your offer is selling something that you're not an expert in.
10:13 You have this transformation, but then you stray away and start over promising things that you have not accomplished yourself.
10:36 Don't sell something you've never done yourself, or have helped somebody else do.
11:48 When you stray away from your zone of genius and your expertise, what you have right now is the experience you've already accumulated, it will again flop.
12:19 In relation to people feeling or people selling you, on this idea that you need to make it sound bigger and better, you just need to tell the truth, own it, and claim it.
12:47 Don't go beyond where you're at now. If you're selling something you're not an expert, people will see right through it.
13:02 You will lose momentum and you will not have people to refer you. You will not get known for the expert that you already are.
13:40 When you have certainty in what you can deliver, that can be felt in your content, in your videos, in your emails, in your coaching calls
13:54 Whether selling something you're not an expert in, or selling something you don't want to sell, it all comes back to your fire, your alignment, your certainty around it.
14:17 Think about where the gaps are? Where do I need to double down? Where do I need to pull back as far as what I'm selling? Where do I need to adjust the tweak pivot so I can feel so confident in my message so confident in my offer?
14:43 If you need help with these things, of course we can help you. We have links all over the web in the show notes. You can find us on Instagram and you can DM me there. We can dial this in for you and help you feel more confident in your offer.
14:57 Make that decision first. Where do I feel out of alignment and where can I get more clarity?
15:19 If we are not friends on Instagram, head over there now I'm at Kinsey Macos, and connect with me there

I’m sure you have encountered the concept of journaling because it gets tossed around in the industry for entrepreneurial and personal growth. In this episode, Kinsey shares her perspective on journaling and how it’s helped her make more money, stay connected to the long-term vision, and step into her life as a leader. She’s also going to take you behind-the-scenes and give you her unique process for journaling so you can take it and make it your own.
Past Episode:
Episode 25: Identity Crisis
Do not miss these highlights:
03:09 If you are really not locked into the vision of where you're going, it's really easy to get consumed by all the drama.
05:47 I encourage our clients to journal as well. But I get asked, what's your process for journaling?
06:07 Why is it important to journal? I don't know if you've ever asked yourself that question.
06:47 What are you hoping to gain out of journaling so that you can build that habit for yourself?
06:59 If you're just creating something because you think you should, it will be hard to be consistent with anything.
07:52 It allows me to declutter my brain.
08:35 For me to be able to just unpack it is like, the most beneficial thing that I gain from journaling.
09:30 Most of our thoughts we don't even know we’re having, are derived from our feelings and behaviors.
09:57 I think of it like when I do my spring cleaning in my closet. I started to see clothes that I haven't really seen it for quite some time now.
10:22 I was able to bring those things to the forefront to decide what do I want to do with it.
10:37 I think the biggest mistake here that you really want you to avoid is to overthinking your writing or journaling process.
10:50 Do something with your journal where you don't have to worry about people seeing it.
11:35 When you go brain dumping, don't think about what you should be saying, or how you should be saying it. You're literally just letting the pen drive you.
11:48 From there, you're gonna get a compilation of your thoughts.
11:57 You're going to have the most obvious things, but then you're going to start seeing the less obvious things as well.
12:10 Just can kind of pause and reflect and see all the junk that you're holding.
12:22 I like journaling when I'm feeling heavy with thoughts or feelings, and I can't release it.
12:38 I get to see where I need to spend some attention to shift or reprioritize. Then I will feel like I am a little bit more in control.
13:01 You are not your thoughts. This process will give you that disconnect.
13:25 It's very liberating, and can give you a sense of freedom.
13:30 From there, you get to do some reposition, What do I want for myself in this moment instead?
13:50 Then sometimes I started to think about and embody a version of myself.
14:11 Now I can start to bridge the gap of where I am at the stories that I'm telling myself, and truly who I want to be and step into.
14:24 A lot of times I just have to let that emotion process. It's not about fixing it.
14:36 It's I who sees it and I let it just process. I’m not going to judge it.
14:59 Life and learning how to be in an uncomfortable emotion.
15:27 Just being truthful with myself about what's real versus what's not.
17:09 Journaling is documentation because we're not going to remember everything.
17:27 We're not going to remember the details. What created that or what was the result of that, or the process we had to go through to get there.
17:50 We can then get better at even breaking some of those patterns.
18:02 The other thing is probably the most important, is we get to see how far we've come.
18:40 But as you reflect on the growth and improvement and who you've become, that is the gold.
18:47 You can remind yourself of that and can prevent from completely self sabotaging yourself because you get into these loops.
19:12 This documentation, history, and then journaling, can help us straighten that out. It can pick up the patterns, but it can also remind us how far we have come
20:33 This process of journaling allows this very comprehensive, holistic exercise for us to gain that freedom, gain that clarity, see what's real, evaluate, move on, revisit, improve. It's such a beautiful process.
21:14 Until you can really experience that result that you’re seeking, you're more likely to not just be consistent with that habit or that thing, but you're actually going to amplifyyour results from it.
22:20 Understanding what does it mean to you, Asking yourself, what does this mean to me, and just pausing.
22:26 A lot of people are going to tell you what to do. But unless you know why it's good for you, you'll never be able to really see it through.

Past Episode:
Episode 52: MVP: Speaking To The Top 1% of Your Market
Do not miss these highlights:
01:15 We truly are on a mission to show how simple business can be.
01:51 We're talking about how to use content that sells for you and how to get fully booked with high-end clients.
02:13 Generally there is a theme of concern or even just a general challenge. It's this idea of social media algorithm.
02:23 What if it's not working? When should I switch platforms? Do I need to consider switching platforms over things?
02:38 Stop reading stats or future casting on where all these social media platforms are going to be in three to five years, or even a year from now.
02:57 That's just a distraction and in your season of business, it doesn't matter. It just does not matter.
03:08 In growing an audience and attracting enrolling clients, the core platforms that we have, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok, are all working really well.
03:51 Do not get too hung up thinking that, if you pick the right social media platform, then you will be successful.
03:59 Make sure that you understand that your success is not going to be found in a certain social media platform. It is not about the platform you choose.
04:25 Most people start to skip over to other platforms thinking that they'll have better success there. But they just carry the same thoughts in the same crappy content.
05:04 Be better aligned with your version of your premium client. If you don't know who your premium clients are, definitely go back to a couple of episodes.
05:21 But unless you have an obvious one, everybody is everywhere.
05:34 There's always exceptions to every rule, for instance, if you are speaking to corporate executives, you are more likely to reach them over at LinkedIn.
05:46 This shows you the thought error in believing that your success is determined by the platform you choose.
07:09 So you switch over platforms, you have to start all over. You waste time and energy.
07:32 If you can pick one platform, and master that platform, and get to know its algorithm, and really just go all in on that until you get to 100K and more, you will grow faster.
07:46 The problem is you're giving up too soon, You're already deciding it's not working before you've even given it a chance.
07:54 Sometimes it takes time, the market is so saturated.
08:26 Now, when you come into the 10K Content Collective, we teach you how to create content that's super intentional and attracting enrolling clients.
08:36 You're building that momentum. You're attracting and enrolling clients more efficiently.
08:52 If you give up, you've just lost all that momentum.
08:59 Your success on the platform is not determined by your level of engagement.
09:16 Now beyond that, you can definitely start to figure out your audience and what they are most likely to engage on.
09:34 You're over analyzation in to your insights and lack of engagement is crushing your creativity.
09:52 You're not able to access your purest form of brilliance, which is the very thing you need to create that content that is going to pull in those high-end clients.
10:21 It is really important that you stop spending time and energy worrying about the platform working.
10:41 It's not about if it's working for you. It's about you working for it, and you decide it's going to work, and then you go to work.
10:49 The other thing that this does, it closes the loop in your brain.
10:56 Experimenting just expending energy instead of just getting clients.
11:19 You are showing up in your full brilliance. And you keep showing up with that power on that one platform,
11:34 You can't let the external circumstances drive how you show up, that's when you get into trouble.
11:54 Reaching your ideal clients requires you're focused on them and not on random things that doesn't matter.
12:08 10K Content Collective, we again encourage you to pick one platform. We show you how to show up on that one platform with profitable content that pulls in clients simply and help you package that offer.

If you spend more time working on your strategy than you do on your beliefs, you’re at risk for burning out, giving up, and turning your back on your dreams. In this episode, we’re going to show you how to create a solid belief plan that will act as a guiding compass to getting anything you want (even when the doubt and fear seem too heavy to carry).
Do not miss these highlights:
02:30 Reinvigorate people's minds and hearts to create a new wave of momentum.
03:18 Having people see their own potential, as a result of the 30K 30-day program.
03:59 Have awareness of what's truly possible.
04:02 Don’t let pre-programmed beliefs drive your actions because that is all you know.
04:11 It is all about expanding your belief and taking action from a bigger space of that belief.
04:30 Aligning your behaviors and your beliefs toward what you actually want to create.
04:45 If you want to achieve things you've never achieved before, you have to start believing in new things. You have to increase your level of thinking.
07:42 Do not go to work on the strategy itself thinking that is the problem.
08:27 If you have a constant belief that you can fix your problems by working harder, you will burn out.
09:36 Focusing on the belief of a need for people to like you to validate that you are successful.
09:53 You just need to change the thought pattern behind it and say, I'm going to show up for the people that need me.
10:24 What are the thoughts that you're having in these certain circumstances? Allow yourself to pause before you change your strategy,
10:49 This one degree shift will mean everything for you and your business. Stop operating out of thoughts that don't serve you.
11:20 If you're having doubtful thoughts while you're creating your content, it will not be magnetic. It will not produce productive results because you're creating it from lack.
11:38 You have to work on changing your thoughts before you go change the strategy.
12:26 It had nothing to do with the strategy itself. But it had everything to do with how you were thinking about it.
12:39 How are you allowing the opinions of others to drive you out in fear of judgment.
13:44 Listing out all the thoughts that you have about yourself, about your business, about your claims, about your potential claims.
13:56 Create a new thought that defines success for yourself.
14:42 It will take some practice to become aware of your thoughts.
14:57 Your clients now have an entire belief plan of the thoughts that are aligned with what they're creating.
15:20 They will have their exact blueprint on what to do. That's reliable.
15:31 When there's any sort of vagueness within the thinking, you go back to the belief plan.
15:59 Before you create anything new in your business, really make sure it's out of the right thoughts. And they're in alignment with where you're going.
