Having started in 2017, Fireaway is one of the fastest growing restaurant chains with over 100 branches and counting. Raheem and Mario talk everything from how he started, where he got his inspiration from, and reveal all the knowledge Mario has collected on the way. Mario predicts over 500 stores within the next 5 years, as well as a huge revenue of £250,000,000 per year!

In this episode I am joined by the founder and CEO of 'Hot n Juicy Shrimp LDN', Samantha Pascal. Samantha is a 30 year old entrepreneur from North London who founded her business by taking a trip to Las Vegas, where she discovered a dish she had never tried before. After failing to find a similar dish back in the UK, she decided to make it herself!
