Former NYPD official Rob O’Donnell offers his perspective in career law enforcement of the new criticism being leveled at police response to the tragic school shooting last week in Texas.  Meanwhile there’s a mass exodus from public schools all over the country.  Not just from parents and students, but from teachers, too.  What’s going on?  Stigall explains.  Plus our chief economist Steve Moore talks us through food and fuel price hikes most promise will remain if not double by some estimates this fall.

With 24 hours to go before the most watched political primary of the year - the Pennsylvania Republican US Senate race is white hot!  A three way tie between Oz/Barnette/McCormick.  It got even uglier over the weekend as Barnette’s star seems to be rising at just the right time leading to huge attacks on everything from military service and professional records to alleged bigotry in old tweets.  She returns to answer more of the charges.  McCormick and Oz return to the Philadelphia radio show tomorrow morning as well.  It’s anyone’s guess who wins.  Meanwhile Stigall breaks down the disaster of Biden’s new poll numbers, the many reasons why, and the tragedies this weekend being cynically exploited as a hopeful distraction from it all.
