President Trump participated in a town hall with ABC news in Philadelphia last night. Depending on your politics, you either thought the performance was strong or left something to be desired. Stigall asks his son Eric this and many other questions as the closing days of the campaign tick away. Meanwhile, there’s plenty of reason to be optimistic and unafraid of COVID if you know what you’re looking for. Daniel Horowitz from Conservative Review dispels the current COVID panic-porn reporting.

Today, a critically important interview with a PA state representative named Daryl Metcalfe. He and business owners brought a lawsuit against the governor of PA. Yesterday, that judge ruled in favor of the plaintiffs. Said another way, the judge ruled to uphold the Constitution. This ruling has implications for anyone in the country living under dictatorial, endless COVID restrictions. Stigall says the fight is far from over though and explains why.
