Welcome to the Coaching Knife when we cut to the root of the matter. In this episode, we speak to Phil Greening, sevens coach for US men's and women's rugby, and founder of the Athlete Factory. Focusing on building better rugby players, we are going to cut to the root on how to coach collision fitness.
Phil is a former England international who toured with the British Lions in 2001. After retiring, he worked in corporate finance at the same time as coaching England 7s before moving back into high-performance coaching.
His philosophy is building robust, hard-working, creative, open and challenging environments to help players succeed individually and collectively.
