Oh man this weeks premiums is LOOSE. We kick off with Thorpe calling out Van for being a handsy bitch but only being believed when Amanda 'white woman ex liberal senator' Stoker came out and said the same. What a fucking legend. Jack and I argue about bullshit there but at its core - Stoker is very brave to jump in bed with Thorpe and sink a colleague for the sake of justice and truth. Good on her.
Oneegs is a fraud and a fuckwit and Guru is convicted ex-parte which will inevitably be 'the courts problem' because he isn't an adult and cannot handle being a real person. What a fuckwit.
Good fun. Enjoy!
This week we delve into Jack's specialty - true crime - and ask who killed Ray Locksley?
He was only a young lad when he was murdered and his life is often misrepresented by those who tell his story. So is his murder. Commonly known to be one of the many hits conducted by Chris 'rentakill' Flannery, that theory comes undone quickly when you shine a light on it.
So what the hell is a verbal? Well, policework was done differently back then and a cops word was as good as gold. But the cops were bigger crooks than the crooks. Many innocent people spent a long time behind bars on the back of a verbal. Things have changed a little since then.
Jack looks hard at the circumstances around Locksley's death and explores a criminal world where police and perps lived in parallel.
A botched attempt to stitch up the ideal fall guy is a perfect allegory for a time in Australia's history where criminals and cops worked in tandem and if you got in the way, you got shot.
Enjoy!
The Higgins-Lehrmann saga continues apace, putting political pressure on the Finance Minister, Katy Gallagher. Will it be a career ender? HK Jack says no, not at this stage but Gallagher is likely to lose a lot of skin.
Noel Pearson softens his approach on the Voice.

Bojo walks.
The Ukrainian counter offensive begins.

Jack fleshes out the Kathy Folbigg pardon and explains why it happened, how it happened and how it was incredibly stupid. It's very interesting.
Then we move on to what felt like a pivot but has truly become a serious issue in the hard right chud discourse. The trans pivot felt like a way for cookers to direct their bored anger and continue saving imaginary children but it looks like dark money and pilled lunatics are a match made in heaven to create violent unruly mobs that eventually bash people.
We hoped this one would be a passing fad for our angry little friends but it seems like it's here to say. We also stick the boot into Elon Musk a bit because he sucks.
Enjoy!
The sudden resignation of WA Premier Mark McGowan has led to a burst of doubt and anxiety in the great state of WA with their political genius shuffling off stage left. Should Western Australians be sent off for counselling?
The Two Jacks review the Folbigg Pardon and conclude a serious miscarriage of justice occurred. How did our criminal justice system fail so badly?
Newspoll reveals a decline in support for the Voice. In the US, Mike Pence steps up while Trump stays stuck in the past.
In Sport, the AFL mercy kills its inquiry into the Hawthorn racism saga and Ange gets the job at Spurs.
Ben Roberts-Smith is in deep shit. The yanks are unhappy and when the yanks are unhappy bad things happen. But they couldn't happen to a nicer bloke. Jack looks at BRS's bleak future and Joel looks at what the cookers have to say about him.
Mark McGowan has retired with a ridiculous record as one of the most popular state premiers in history. Did he leave because he was feeling tired or because Peter McCullough has bombshell evidence that destroying clives HCQ stash was a crime against humanity.
Probably tired.
In Cooker Update we have the one and only SOS in for a guest spot to talk about cooker conman Spiros who has recently had a bit of trouble due to a property development that made it on to ACA. Amanda Sheedy has called him out and it's a matter of time before he's expelled from the movement. But as a founder of MyPlace, he's not going out without a battle! But he's dodgy as shit.
In SovCits we explore the process of representing yourself in court. In Pete, he's piping up with some hot takes. They're quite shit. It's funny.
Enjoy!
Mark McGowan pulls up stumps. The shock resignation of the man who turned his opponents into political dust in WA is discussed. Why is the media fixated on describing him as a 'rock star politician'? Oh, God. I just did it, too.
McGowan could have enjoyed another term at least but packed it in on top. Is the grind becoming too much for modern political leaders? Who will replace McGowan and will this usher in a period of prosperity for the WA Libs who currently caucus in a linen closet? Not bloody likely, the 2 Jacks say.
Meanwhile, the debt ceiling crisis appears to have passed in the US as RDS formally enters the race. Erdogan is triumphant in Turkiye. The Ukrainian counter attack is days, not weeks away. And in sport, the AFL twiddles its thumbs over the Hawthorn FC racism saga.
Africa is largely ignored by the western world and as a result we don't learn lessons from their tragedies. Natural disasters that kill people mostly because they are poor. Wars that are shrugged off as 'African problems'. But this is something different. This is a death cult that killed hundreds in on the back of the Bible.
Paul Mackenzie forced hundreds of people to starve themselves to death. While it was often under influence of endtimes prophecies, if people broke the fast he would break their heads. Children buried in deep graves because Mckenzie told their parents they were better off in heaven.
Digital IDs are the mark of the beast. Vaccines are satanic. It's all the usual pilled bullshit. Mckenzie is up there with Jim Jones and David Koresh but it's unlikely he will become a household name.
We look at the horror that unfolded in a Kenyan death cult that used the name of Jesus to kill innocent people. Why? Who knows.
We also look at how it could happen here. Practically? Legally? Easily.
It's a rough one. Lotsa flippant chat about extreme violence so cover your ears if you're sensitive. But this one should have light thrown onto it. It's pretty hectic.
Enjoy?
I was a bit generous with the sample this time cause we have been a bit quiet. We love you all and good things are coming!

Patrons! This week we saw the fall of two people who absolutely left the world a worse place for them being in it. Buttar was a quack doctor who sold expensive bullshit to dying people and if they didn't pay up, sent them to collections. He is one of the disinformation dozen and unsurprisingly his 'sudden death' is a conspiracy. Probably killed by the pfizer hit squad which definitely exists.
Harris was not only a man who liked his women young but also an arrogant piece of shit. I saw him at glastonbury and I hate to say it - he was awesome - but he was renowned to be an absolute scumbag in real life. So yeah, rest in piss both of you.
We stick the boot into 'Be Scammed with Dee' who has started pushing an affiliate marketing program for a brazen crypto scam. She has a freedom coach. He will coach you in freedom. That's what he does. What the fuck are these people like honestly...
And William Bay, the (thankfully) suspended doctor is just getting more weird and more pathetic as he fills the void in his life with attention from angry feral boomers who think Australia is a corporation. They can all get fucked.
AAAAAAND to close we look at Ron De Santis putting his hat in the ring for the presidential republican nomination and we think about how hard Trump is going to bully him and what the hell he is gonna do about it?
Enjoy!

Welcome to The Conditional Release Program, a podcast that delves into the netherworld of cults, crims and con artists.
Who would have thought a spicy chest cough would turn everyone so…
Our weekly show covers the conspiracy theorists that created a 'shadow pandemic' of political idiocy and violent ideation within the fringe of politics.
From time to time we get our hands even dirtier with true crime deep dives. Jack is a seasoned expert in the true crime genre, having written and spoken extensively about Roger Rogerson, Stan 'the man' Smith and, of course, the Fine Cotton Fiasco. In various episodes he guides us through the dark underbelly of Australian crime in his trademark storytelling style.
The world is getting weird and we are getting weird with it. Let's watch as democracy crumbles into a smouldering heap - and take note of the kids carrying the matches and the metho.
Hosted by Jack the Insider and Joel Hill with an occasional rotation of guests that generally share our distaste toward the lunatic fringe.
