What a bloody huge week it has been with the bombing of a school in Cyprus (don't do that, come on), the crushing downfall of the q-anon lawyers Sidney Powell and Lin Wood, and Crackers Craig Kelly appointed to a committee to look into what's bad about social media. Here's a hint - he's the problem.

Yet another week of protests with the movement slowing in numbers because everyone in it has covid. HAH! Andy Nolch has fit right in with the warm embrace of antivaxxers seeing no issue with malignant people like him. Nazi? No worries! Love the support. Pathetic.

This week Joel speaks to historian and Aboriginal art curator Emily McCulloch Childs about the ridiculous disinformation being pushed upon the NT. We look at the history of pandemics going back to colonisation/invasion and the way in which disinformation has been a constant in the post colonial life of Aboriginal Australians.

I learned a few things doing this one and I hope it gets a message across. We don't speak on behalf of Aboriginal Australians in this podcast and welcome feedback if mistakes were made.

Huge week on the fringe and a huge week for covid-19 with a new variant - Omicron - joining the ranks. I've never met a variant that I liked, and this one sounds like a bit of a dickhead to be honest. We are reserving judgement, though, as it's yet to be seen how rude this little guy is.

The q-anon throng in Dallas are losing their minds, unironically wearing Q merch to a thing that Q himself said wasn't a thing. Logic? Nah. It's a death cult!

In AV Update we see Covid tearing through the movement, with prominent antivaxxers getting very sick recently. Gee, I wonder how they could have avoided that.

Like to exacerbate this, they all went to a protest on the weekend. Yet another protest. 800,000 in Melbourne, 150,000 in Sydney. Wow! Just kidding. 20k in Melbourne, 9k in Sydney. But don't let the truth get in the way of a good crowd estimate.

Huge week on the fringe with another wave of protests across the country which saw large crowds get together and protest stuff. The most popular thing to protest was the existence of Dan Andrews with approx 50,000 people turning up in melbourne. Not content with that, the cookers counted 150,000. Then 250,000. Then 500,000. They truly live in a parallel universe.

Kyle Rittenhouse gets acquitted to the applause of arseholes and nazis and is offered staffer jobs by opportunistic scumbags in the GOP who plan to use his celebrity to raise funds. A truly pathetic political organisation.

Back home we see cooked idiots hassling schoolkids in Byron and WA and Pete is bored with Australia and has decided to focus on the more exciting politics of the USA. What a prick. We made him. We need him!

PS - The Bob Katter bit has developed and it's absolutely true. He said it.

“I just want to say that we’ve had eight cases, nine cases, in our office,” he said.

“Two, they got the immunisation, they died.

“Two, they got the immunisation and they are crippled for life.

“Three have serious problems that will remain with them for the rest of their lives.

“And one was rushed into ICU intensive care almost straight after he got the inoculation.

“So don’t tell me there’s no problem.

“If one small member of parliament’s office has eight in eight weeks, there is one huge problem.”

A spokeswoman for Mr Katter has since clarified he should have said eight people had presented to his office with the medical claims.

She put the misstep down to the veteran politician’s unbridled passion causing him to be less polished than usual as he fed off the crowd’s energy.

“Mr Katter’s speech referred to eight cases which have been presented to his office either directly to the executive officer or to staff,” she said.

“We cannot disclose any further details about these cases as they are confidential and were entrusted to us based on this discretion.”

A bogus tiktok video with a 'karen' on a plane turns out to be completely false and simply made for sponsored clicks. Once again, it's Zuckerberg's fault.

Trump and his mates are under the UV lights for January 6 with subpoenas flying all over the shop. Pants will be shat.

In AV Update we look at the poor bastard with the bow and arrow at parliament which shows a clear escalation of tensions in the freedom movement, frustrated by a lack of traction and looking more and more violent as time goes on. They're also threatening MPs and trying their damndest to get fake vaccine certs - to very mixed results!

Pete has a huge week as he realises he is sliding into obscurity. Sad!

Another huge week on the fringe of Australian politics. We have the liberal party fixing an issue that doesn't exist by attempting to pass a bill which would implement ID requirements for voting. Standard stuff from the US playbook to suppress voter turnout and win the next election. What a nasty group of people in the federal liberal party.

We then jump across the pond to look at what the fuss about JFK Jr. was. It's been done to death but ya'll kept linking me to it - so it felt only right to do a bit on it. For further info, QAA have done some great episodes on it recently worth a listen.

We look at Monica Smit's recent video which toes the line of treason, asking the international community to apply 'economic pressure' due to a list of things that aren't actually happening. It's completely delusional and would only hit the farmers if anyone - I wonder if the ANZACs also wanted sanctions placed on Australia. Hmm.

Jack has a smashing rant about antivaxxers in the health industry. Just quit.

Famous Last Words is a bit bloody sad and Pete has a huge week after buying yet another block of land in the Northern Rivers. Sounds like it's time to start that cult!

A huge bloody week on the fringe of society with the revelation that several actual US congresspeoples were involved in the planning of the January 6th insurrection. And those that have been jailed wound up in their own little part of the Washington DC Correctional Facility they call the bloody 'patriots wing'. Sounds like the worst place to do time ever.

Yet another q-anon influencer turns out to be a paedo and we have a look at what the cookers are saying about Facebook's rebranding to Meta. Not very clever stuff.

We look at the antivaxxer jab of choice, Novavax, which is heading to our shores soon and hope they just bloody go out and get it. There's more bloody lawsuits and it looks like the CFMEU dog kicker is gonna get done for it! Finally! Justice!

In Famous Last Words we see the end of Mike Graham, a right wing blowhard on UK talk radio who makes a living from spreading climate disinformation and generally being an abrasive twat. He made a fool of himself recently in an interview and just kept doubling down on his claims. Dig up, stupid!
