Your Chakra System is a vital part of your overall health.

Did you know there are several chakra cleansing and clearing techniques that you could use?

In this episode, I dive into your Spiritual, Emotional, Mental, and Physical Health and how these pertain to your Chakras.

Your Divine Chakra is your center of Divine Consciousness in your energy body. It radiates through your entire being, but when I do healing work or connecting work, I work with it there, way above your head.

It is located about 12 inches or so above the top of your head. It is that space that I source to help me see your God Connection. It is radiant light

Spending time with your God connection is what matters most. In this episode I give you many suggestions to do so.

Call it Source Energy, God, Goddess, Allah, Great Spirit, YHWH, All-That-Is....many names, all one.

If you want to use a hand mudra to focus your energy, I encourage you to use Gyan Mudra when working on union with the Divine.
