Attention: Seekers!

I am going to guess that as a Seeker in this life, you may have done several past lives in various spiritual or religious orders. With those experiences can come some life-altering vows.

Let's see if the vows are still a part of your experience in this incarnation, shall we? And then let's see if they serve you, still.

Whether consciously or subconsciously active, some of those vows might not be for your highest good in this life. Maybe it is time for you to take a closer look and decide for yourself.

Have you ever heard of the phrase Soul Retrieval?

Soul Retrieval is when you return, either physically or mindfully through meditation or visualization exercises, to a place where you have lived before and left a piece of yourself. You go - and you get more of you back.

In my work, I have lead people through past life regression to achieve various goals. One of which is to collect split-off parts of themselves. In these situations, we do a Soul Retrieval. We go back and gather the bits they've left behind.

These can occur when we disassociate from traumatic experiences. They can also occur when we have powerful parts of ourselves that we've left behind or forgotten about for one reason or another. With either of these, we go back, reconcile, and return ourselves to wholeness so that we can move forward in this life.

I want to tell you of a few of my favorite experiences around this topic.

Way above the crown of your head, I source the information of your past lives and future possibilities, there in the Karmic Chakra.

Not so much a state of consciousness, but more of a repository of soul information, this chakra is paramount to understanding your soul's journey.

This episode highlights this location that tells me of your Akashic Records, Soul's Path, The Energy of Your Psychology, Astrology, Free Will, Pivotal Life Moments as well as Vows, Ties, Lessons, and Generational Inheritance. This Chakra is packed with content!

It is in close relation to your Solar Plexus (personal power, who you are, what you came to do) and your Sacral Chakra (relationship, sexual issues, creativity, new beginnings); these are both chakras of sacred contracts.

The healing gemstones I use with the Karmic Chakra are Carnelian and Larimar.

In meditation, I use Naga Mudra. As a yoga asana, I turn to Kneeling Headstand with Arms Extended.

This is me, taking a stroll with you, to share a little something that I had pondered one day: Our point of contact for initiating psychic experiences.

Body, Mind, or Spirit?

What's your point of contact? Do you use ClairTangency, also known as Touch and therefore, your Body? Do you use your Mind? Do you use your Spirit? (Call it Physical, Mental, or Energetic even.) Or do you use a mix of all three, depending upon the situation?

These are the dynamic trio of you in this life. All three can be used as points of contact when tuning in to pick up information.

So, let's also talk about shopping at yard sales, second-hand, and antique stores. I love shopping in these spaces, but I know with my sharp ClairTangency, I have to energetically clear the item before I use them. You might too.

There is a subtle difference between the voice of your Higher Self consciousness and that of your ego mind chatter.

Your Higher Self is your connection to realms of spirit. It is also known as your Higher Consciousness.

In the energy system of the soul, it can and does permeate your entire being, but as a "chakra" I tap into it in the location above your Crown Chakra, above your head.

For focusing energy to Higher Self connection, the Yoga Asana that I turn to is ⁠Guru Pranam: Bow to Teacher⁠ pose. Shankhavarta Mudra is the hand mudra that I use when meditating on this aspect of my being.

The colors that I see associated with this area are ultra-violet and white light.

I use the note F, crystal chakra bowls, and Tibetan singing bowls. The reverberating vibrations of these notes help to balance the energy associated with the Higher Self.

Your Crown Chakra is your Energetic Gateway to Mystical Experiences and SuperConsciousness. This very important chakra is the doorway of your connection to spirit realm and the Divine. Inspiration and intuition -also known as ClairCognizance - flow into this center of your being.

Your Crown chakra is located at the top of your head. It is the only one of the original 7 body chakras that does not extend from the front and the back of your body but extends straight up to the heavens. The more recently recognized, Earth Chakra extends out both soles of your feet. Between the two, you can work to anchor your essence to both heaven and earth. This is especially useful since you are spiritual and physical.

Violet is the color associated with it, B is the Note (I have also used F), and I use Amethyst, Diamond, and Clear Quartz Crystals when working to bring balance to the Crown Chakra.

The Hand Mudra I use is Dhyana Mudra with Triangle. And if you have your doctor's approval, the Yoga Asana I suggest is Sirsasana: Headstand or Kneeling Headstand. If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook you can see a variation that combines Kneeling Sirsasana with Uttarabodhi Mudra - the Mudra of Highest Enlightenment.

This is the energy center and point in the brain where Psychotic Breaks and/or Spiritual Awakenings can occur.

Among other things, discounting your spiritual experiences can disrupt the health of this energy center.

Traditionally the "Upper Chakras" have been considered as those within the body physical: The Heart, Throat, Brow, and Crown Chakras. But in this episode, I am referencing the upper chakras to include the ones that extend beyond your body physical. The ones that I am referring to begin with the top of your head, at your Crown Chakra, and continue through your Higher Self, Karmic, Cosmic, and Divine - and even onto Enlightenment.

Based upon my experiences of over 25 years within spiritual and metaphysical work, there are energetic frequencies within your ability to access that are far beyond the top of your head. These, too, are a part of your very soul. They are states of consciousness that you can tap into and eventually live from. Here in this episode, I introduce you to them and their importance as part of your evolutionary journey.

We are all Lightworkers. We are all called to wake up to soul expansion and living from a state of higher truth, wisdom, and love. The upper chakras are where inspiration, intuition, and mysticism can occur for you.

Opportunities for spiritual awakenings happen continuously on the planet, but now there is a quickening of convergence. Living from your Higher Consciousness, Telepathic Communication, Manifesting, Oneness, Divine Consciousness - these are all part of the evolution of human consciousness.

Tapping into your Soul Awareness and the frequencies of consciousness explored in the upper chakras will help you step into this New Age of Enlightenment.

When you realize that both psychic information and intellect are processed through the brain, you understand that ego interference can occur on psychic awareness and in spirit communication.

We receive messages from spirit indirectly and directly. It is easy when it is indirect, these are the signs, impulses, and hunches. When it is a direct message, as in one-on-one interaction, the ego can warp the conversation. Join me as I look at what can occur and what you can do to get clearer messages from the spirit realm while keeping your ego from interfering with the truth of the matter.

And be sure to consider those hunches, hits, your internal knowing, and compelled actions with clearer recognition to truth - setting aside bias, preconceived notions, and expectations. Use multiple senses of your soul to help along the way.
