Dora suffered from heavy bleeding and pain from the start of her period. Often going through many pads in high school. She was suggested to be put on birth control but waited a few years. Still suffering and not knowing she had Endo she decided to go Vegetarian and noticed she did feel a bit better.  But as time went on she began to notice her pain was more often and not just around her period.  After she married, she and her husband wanted to have a family. But she was not getting pregnant. Dora knew in her intuition that something was not right. Upsana lives in Seattle but is originally from India. She has a severe case of Endo. Originally diagnosed with PCOS. She’s been suffering since middle school. She walks us through her journey, being type A, and trusting her intuition. She has a beautiful 3-year-old “miracle baby” and has been through a great deal these past few years. In this episode, I chat with Larry and Belinda Wurn about how they are treating Endo without surgery. They have been working with this physical therapy treatment since the early '90s and helping many people along the way. Using the Wurn Technique (they created) to reduce adhesions that cause pain from Endo. Very interesting information and data to prove the method works.
