The holidays can be tough. It's a time we miss the people who aren't in our lives, broken traditions, and relationships that have fallen apart. There are so many reasons we can be swallowed up in dark thoughts. The great news is there is hope. Your thoughts don't have to manage you and God is always by your side to help you manage these dark times.
This is NOT my normal episode it's heavy and feels sad. However I want you the listener to know it's okay to feel sad and have dark and heavy thoughts. Life is 50/50 and there is hope around the corner. You have the ability to manage those thoughts and find new thoughts if you want to do that. You can choose to focus on new thoughts and search for things to be thankful for.
