'IV Vitamin Infusions' are all the rage and a company named 'prosper IV' is making the experience feel like a visit to a spa. “IV infusions deliver vital amino acids, vitamins, and minerals intravenously, bypassing the digestive track which means there is 100% absorption rate,” says Dr. Annie Negrin who's running the first Westchester, NY location. Dr. Negrin says, “Clients leave feeling better almost immediately with benefits lasting up to several weeks.” Interesting option to consider to boost your immune system as we head through this fall and winter when Covid is expected to be on the rise. Vitamin infusions are customized to your personal health goals. You can choose drips that build immunity support, reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, boost energy and provide hydration - or a combo.
Before you arrive at "prosper IV", you answer a series of questions about your health history and goals. The answers are reviewed by Dr. Negrin, who combines her medical expertise and passion to help patients reach their optimal levels while promoting advancement in vitamin infusion. Upon arrival, one of the registered nurses reviews your medical history again, takes your vitals, and places a small needle in your arm. The fluid from the drip is administered to you over 45 to 60 minutes.
Founder and CEO Christina Broccoli, MBA, opened "prosper IV" after receiving prescribed vitamin infusions after suffering from mononucleosis. Her treatments not only alleviated her symptoms, but also quickened the healing process. Broccoli joined forces with Dr. Negrin and Marie OConnor, DNP, RN, to bring "prosper IV" to life.
In order to keep clients comfortable and safe during COVID-19, "prosper IV" is currently taking clients by appointment only. Services can be booked online at theprosperiv.com. AND ... they even make house calls.

"Risk It or Regret It!" That's What I Always Say. What a riot that Michael O'Keefe (65) who played the caddy 'Danny Noonan' in "Caddyshack' (40 Years ago) risked putting the idea it out in the universe to caddy again this year at the US Open. Local club golf pro Danny Balin heard about it and thought it was a great idea too. He invited Michael (now 65) to caddy for him in practice rounds at The US Open at the famed Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck, NY. Perfect way if you ask me, to celebrate The 40th anniversary of the making of the movie "Caddyshack"! Yup 'Danny' was back at work with his red Bushwood hat and and giant Titleist staff bag on his shoulder. (Bet it felt a lot heavier these days LOL) Michael O'Keefe joins The Debbie Nigro Show for this Feature Interview.
BTW: This fun golf twosome also brought attention to a fundraising effort started by Winged Foot member Bill Fugazy, to raise support for the club’s full-time caddies who have lost work due to COVID-19. The Richie’s Gift campaign on GoFundMe.org was close to $250,000 last we checked. In case you didn't know - Michael was actually a caddie for 2 summers at Winged Foot before he was cast in the now infamous 'Caddyshack".
Is Everybody Is Investing In GOLD? I'm not a financial reporter but I am a trend watcher and GOLD is a big story right now. Gold went to a record high this year at over $2,000 an ounce and though down a bit since then, Bank of America analysts think it could go to $3000 over the nexy 18 months. With the coronavirus causing havoc and extreme financial uncertainty it looks like many think gold is a safer bet to move their money into. A NY Times Opinion piece last month by Global Investor Ruchir Dharma said, a recent survey of 1,000 people found that one in six Americans bought gold or other precious metals in the last three months, and about one in four were seriously thinking about it. On Robinhood, the popular online trading platform, the number of users holding two of its largest gold funds has tripled since January. 8/8/20. My guest today at is Ex Wall Street Gold Tycoon Daniel Barrett. He's an expert on Gold and also the Founder of Aureus
POS to assist retailers in the bullion and coin industry record their buy and sell transactions, help manage clients, increase marketing opportunities, and simplify reporting and bookkeeping.

How To Talk To Your Children About Terrorism And The Importance Of Remembering 9/11. The new 'monster under the bed' is terrorism, says Carole Lieberman, M.D., M.P.H., and Board Certified psychiatrist. Dr. Carole says Terrorism is the new 'birds and the bees' talk of the 21st century. Sadly, it's a sensitive fact of life that kids must learn about to become resilient and stay safe. Dr. Carole is the author of "Lions and Tigers and Terrorists, Oh My! How to Protect Your Child in a Time of Terror," the first and only book about terrorism for kids. It has won awards at the London, New York City, Paris and Hollywood Book Festivals, and a Mom's Choice Gold Award. She joined The Debbie Nigro Show today.Â
The first half of the book empowers parents and teachers to help children understand the news that bombards them, without making them feel scared. It also helps grownups recognize and respond to kids' feelings, and includes 88 ways to raise happy, healthy children in a time of terror. The second half of the book is a picture book for kids that gives them a gentle introduction to terrorism and answers their most pressing questions.
Dr. Carole is known as 'The Terrorist Therapist'-www.terroristtherapist.com

It shouldn't take a near death experience to make us 'wake up' to our reason for being, but that's what it took for Kira Raa who had nearly “worked herself to death”, to begin her 'second life'. Kira was a successful entrepreneur, owner of one of the largest Woman Owned insurance agencies in the United States and was always “ahead of her time”. She graduated high school a year early at the top of her class, finished college at 19 and went on to start her career completely ignoring the abilities she discovered she had as a young child to avoid being ostracized. Her abilities to 'see' things others couldn't. That all changed after her near death experience. Now Kira Raa is a well known and highly respected intuitive. She's assisted 1000’s of others and helped them discover their own mastery through the accuracy and pure stream of energy she emits. She is often referred to as the “teacher’s teacher”. Her journey is inspiring! Meet her today on The Debbie Nigro Show at 11:20am EST.
Humanity is at a crucial choice point and many are
re-assessing. Maybe the Yoga of Self-Ascension will be helpful to some here.

This Is My Personal Pandemic Pro Writing Pivot! If You Know Me You Know The Size Of My Sense of Humor Is Commensurate With My Number Of Hard Knocks...Off The Freakin Charts! LOL . I always use humor to share important information and today I'm excited to share my article "Dying of Laughter Could Keep You Alive" and how it's kept me alive. I was excited that Infamous Magazine Editor Lesley Jane Seymour Founder of CoveyClub, thought enough of it to publish it. I hope you read it because I'm passionate my message is a strong one especially now. Plus you'll laugh too. It's exciting for me to be published by such a pro like Lesley Jane Seymour, who did her Editor magic at a multitude of famous magazines (MORE, Redbook, Marie Clare, Vogue) and I'm inspired to continue on my new professional writing adventure. Truthfully I've mostly just written for myself and my radio listeners but as part of my personal pandemic pivoting I wanted to really see if I had the chops to write outside my comfort zone to reach more people with my message. For me this is part of my pandemic 'silver lining' reinvent that I may not have gotten to otherwise. Lesley's Covey Club is all about supporting and aggregating bright women from around the world who are reinventing. I invited Lesley to join me on The Debbie Nigro Show so I could thank her and also so you can meet her and hear about this cool club she's created that might be for you.

If you are one of the MANY people working remotely these days relying on your computer and the internet to make a living, you know there are times when you need HELP! I asked my technical computer wizard pal Will Anderson, owner of PC Support, a network of engineers trained in getting your network back up and supporting your business or home computing, to make me a list of the top ten reasons why he gets calls these days from his commercial, home office, and residential clients. Here they are !
"Top 10 Reasons For Calls For Computer Help"
1. I can’t connect to the Internet
2. I’m worried about having a good backup of my pictures, music, documents, etc.
3. My computer used to go on and now it won’t.
4. I have to do something online and no matter how much I try, I can’t figure it out.
5. I bought a new printer and I can’t connect my computers to it.
6. I bought a new computer and I can’t figure out how to transfer the data (pictures, music and documents) from the old computer to the new one.
7. I bought a new computer and I can’t figure out how to transfer the programs (for example QuickBooks, Quicken, Microsoft Word or Microsoft Outlook, etc.)
8. There are parts of my house where the Wi-Fi just won’t connect. What should I do?
9. I want to buy a new computer or printer or etc. and I don’t know what to buy.
10. My cell phone and computer are supposed to work together (calendar, contacts, email) but I can’t figure out how to make it work.
(BTW: I think Will Anderson is special as both a technical computer pro and a human. I found him years ago to help me and he's been a trustworthy friend ever since. He's brilliant, kind and dedicated to keeping businesses more knowledgeable than their competitors and home owners smarter than their children LOL).
