Today chats to rural psychologist and rural mum, Rebecca Gilchrist. This is a jaw dropping and super informative conservation. Rebecca shares her incredible life story which includes escaping a violent and life threatening relationship, moving to the farm and giving birth on a plane!
We also discuss rural mental health and the importance of sleep, nutrition and exercise. Phew, what an episode to break the podcast silence.
