Graeff tells about the heightened shoplifting that’s taken effect, taking both Dom and listeners inside their operation to try and push back against the trend. Graeff lays forth what’s changed in recent years and suggests how things could be fixed. Also, Graeff tells us what he knows about the criminals themselves, telling why they’re doing this and where the merchandise is going.
