Dom explains that Presler is the biggest reason for this swap, with Presler explaining his recognition of the importance of a ground game to create a foundation for the new age of mail-in balloting. Presler has been all over the State but spent much time in Beaver County, registering voters at a local gun show and knocking on doors.
