Jarrett provides in-depth analysis about the documents themselves, then delves into the bias presented by governing organizations under the Biden administration, also explaining why he believes the Presidential Records Acts needs to be fixed due to ambiguity. Then, Dom welcomes in Professor Alan Dershowitz, author of Get Trump: The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law, to the Dom Giordano Program to gather his opinion on the new indictment of former President Donald Trump over his denying a subpoena over classified documents. Dershowitz tells how he was able to predict in his book almost everything about the indictment.
