Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by discussing the crime in suburban Philadelphia as the rampant spike in crime spreads its tendrils out of Krasnerland, the term Dom has given the City under the controversial reign of District Attorney Larry Krasner. Dom tells that the Director of Public Safety in Bensalem William McVey dropped a factoid in today’s House Majority Policy Committee that 42% of criminals arrested in the Suburban town had originated from Philadelphia. Then, Dom offers some commentary on the senate and gubernatorial races playing out in Pennsylvania, and offers up his question of the day, asking listeners for some people who have succeeded in two different professions.

Then, Abington Police Chief Pat Molloy rejoins the Dom Giordano Program to take us inside the Abington Police Department as they dealt with a group of street racers at the Willow Grove Mall, similar to the group that killed after taking over Wildwood, NJ streets. Molloy tells us about the incident that saw a horrific car crash, luckily with nobody getting injured, and multiple fires, something that he and other local departments aren’t used to seeing. Later, after getting blasted for his thoughts, news broke of two ridiculous situations that played out in Philadelphia, with a pack of off-roaders first shooting a security guard after the South Street Festival, then the next day surrounding a police cruiser, smashing the windows with rocks. While both Harrison and Giordano sat for long interviews with host Jim Axelrod, unlike Dom, Harrison made the cut as the producers took his words out of context to help further their divisive point about talk radio and conservatives. Harrison takes us inside his interview, and tells the points he was trying to make in painting a very fair picture of the positives produced by talk radio. Harrison explains that he doesn’t consider himself a conservative, rather an ally to the moderate sects of both the Democratic and Republican Party, and tells why he was so frustrated to be taken out of context in a segment which portrayed itself as promoting unity while exuding divisiveness.
