Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by previewing what’s to come on the day’s show, teasing an appearance from John Ondrasik, aka Five for Fighting, to discuss the one-year anniversary of the fall of Afghanistan, which everybody has seemed to forgotten about. Then, Giordano previews another upcoming guest, telling of a parent in the Unionville-Chadds Ford school district, who with others, blew the whistle on a school board trying to change State law. Dom spends a bit of time discussing the situation in Unionsville-Chadds Ford, explaining the detriment of the board’s actions, using the story as an opportunity to discuss the overall impact of overbearing edicts set forth by school boards. Also, Giordano reveals that there’s a new ‘hate symbol’ according to the Left, telling of the new push to target rosary beads and their use by extremist groups.
Then, John Ondrasik, the musician behind Five for Fighting, returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the fall of Afghanistan after a full year, as the Biden State department continues to remain silent on their huge mistakes. Ondrasik, who spends much of his time volunteering, hoping to fill in some of the blanks left by the Administration assisting stuck military members in their exit from the country. First, Ondrasik gives Giordano and listeners an in-depth look at what it’s like on the ground out in Afghanistan. Also, Ondrasik tells about his newest song, ‘Can One Man Save the World,’ which he wrote in Afghanistan about the situation in Ukraine, then later sang with the Ukrainian orchestra.
