Full Hour | In today’s second hour, Dom welcomes back Lancaster County Commissioner Ray D’Agostino after an announcement that the county, along with Berks and Fayette counties, have been sued by the Department of State for being ‘outlier counties’ that have not correctly certified ballots from the primary elections. Ray offers the lawsuit from his perspective, telling that the county has properly certified the results in accordance with the PA Election Code, and tells that he and his office plan to continue to uphold the law as they see it after being sued.
