First, Oroho contextualizes the debate, telling what it is that’s being pushed by progressive New Jersey lawmakers and why Oroho has teamed up with Sen. Holly Schepisi and others to combat the curriculum.

Then, Senator Pat Toomey returns to the Dom Giordano Program for his monthly check-in, discussing multiple issues playing out in Washington, D.C. First, Giordano asks Toomey about a hearing held with the United States Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen, in which Toomey grilled Yellen on the impact of climate change on the economy. Toomey takes us inside the chambers and tells us why he approached the issue that way, and points out the ludicrous nature of claims centered on climate change coming out of the Biden administration. Then, Giordano looks for Toomey’s thoughts on the unprecedented Supreme Court leak centered on Roe v. Giordano welcomes Matt Brouillette, President and CEO of Commonwealth Partners Chamber of Entrepreneurs, back onto the Dom Giordano to break down the gubernatorial and senate primaries in Pennsylvania. First, Giordano asks about gubernatorial frontrunner Doug Mastriano, and whether Brouillette things the candidate has any shot against a very strong candidate in Josh Shapiro, with Giordano telling that he’s concerned that Mastriano will scare off a moderate vote. Then, Giordano and Brouillette discuss the potential for the other, more moderate candidates, to drop out and team up against Mastriano.
