Last time Martin joined, Giordano grilled Martin over his decision to not prosecute multiple alleged incidents of voters depositing more than 1 ballot into drop boxes in the recent election. Martin explains that, while the county will not prosecute the incidents caught on camera, he would like to make the law clear to voters, telling what he and his County will do in future elections to strengthen security. Among other ideas, Martin hopes to add plainclothes officers into polling places to ensure that people don’t submit multiple ballots. Full Hour | Today, Dom leads off the Dom Giordano Program by giving some highlights of last night’s Senate debate between candidates vying to fill the soon-to-be vacant seat left after Senator Pat Toomey’s upcoming retirement. First, Giordano expresses his frustration with the moderators of the debate, telling that he agrees with the notion shared by all the candidates on the stage, calling out the biased questioning centered on the 2020 election. Barnette calls out the moderator, noting that none of the Democratic candidates have been asked similar questions, with Giordano explaining why this point is an important one to make when discussing the debate. Then, Giordano reveals that he’s posted another fire poll on Twitter asking listeners who they’d vote for if the election were tomorrow, telling that Kathy Barnette continues to dominate listener polls, and pontificates why she continues to rise in popularity. After that, Giordano plays back an argument between Carla Sands and Kathy Barnette, after saying for the second night in a row that Barnette continues to play the race card in her campaign. Dom takes umbrage with the continued reliance on identity politics, and plays back a clip from another candidate, Sean Gale, who doubled down on what Sands was saying about Barnette’s reliance on her race. Many in the media seem confused about this report, but Dom and Dan see it clearly as an issue of taxation, with Governor Phil Murphy making it nearly impossible to live comfortably in New Jersey. Dan explains why he and his fiancée continue to look for a house in South Jersey, explaining the way the state is subdivided and the neighborhood environment granted by many of the towns in the state.
