Full Hour | In today’s second hour, FOP Lodge 5 President John McNesby rejoins Dom Giordano to discuss why he and the FOP have filed a lawsuit against the city of Philadelphia over a change in policing to be enacted this week. Previously on the show, McNesby joined to reveal that Philadelphia City Council had approved a bill that would restrict traffic stops by police officers. First, Giordano and McNesby discuss the bill itself, telling the restrictions set on police, with McNesby lamenting that Mayor Kenney continues to call the city unsafe while not only refusing to fix the situation, but also making it harder for police to keep streets safe. Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by offering his opinion on the situation unfolding in Ukraine as Russia begins their invasion, discussing comments made by conservative commentator Candace Owens who suggested that we as Americans are the reason for the aggression by Russia. Then, Giordano discusses a new lawsuit filed by John McNesby and the FOP against the city of Philadelphia looking to reverse lax laws concerning traffic stops. After that, Giordano circles back to Owens’ comments to have a debate with Dan, discussing whether or not Americans are the aggressors in this situation.

Full Hour | In today’s third hour, Dom welcomes back in former Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams to address comments made by current DA Larry Krasner after today’s press conference regarding the spike in carjackings. After the press conference, when pressed why a carjacking ringleader was allowed back out on the streets, Krasner told a Fox29 reporter to ask Seth Williams why the perpetrator was free. Giordano offers Seth Williams the room to defend himself, with Seth telling that the victims in these situations should come first rather than the continued jump to pass blame. Then, Seth takes us inside the transition between his office and the Krasner office, and tells how Krasner continues to con voters to support him.

Then, after playing today’s Money Melody, Giordano discusses the situation unfolding in Ukraine as Biden took to the stage to announce sanctions placed on the country for their actions. Giordano offers his thoughts on the situation, and delves into whether this should be considered an ‘invasion.’ Also, Giordano discusses a punch thrown by Michigan Coach Juwan Howard and the punishment he faces, but argues that the handshake line is outdated and should be optional. First, Giordano asks McSwain about a pledge he signed promising to not raise taxes on citizens of Pennsylvania, with the candidate telling that he’s the only candidate to sign a similar pledge. Then, Giordano asks McSwain to take us back to the relationship between his office while serving as U.S. Attorney and officials in Philadelphia including Mayor Jim Kenney and District Attorney Larry Krasner, after the Mayor thanked the feds for their assistance in getting carjackings under control. Full Hour | Today, Dom Giordano led off the Dom Giordano Program by breaking down a press conference held just an hour earlier by Mayor Jim Kenney, District Attorney Larry Krasner, and other law enforcement officials discussing what they’re doing to combat the massive spike in car-jackings in and around Philadelphia. First, Giordano sets the stage by playing back a 6ABC reporter who laid forth the arrest of a Johnathon Akubu, which the Philadelphia police allege was a carjacking ringleader. Then, Giordano plays back clips from Mayor Kenney, who pushed blame for the spike in crime to the lawmakers in Harrisburg who refuse to strengthen gun laws. Dom takes umbrage with this suggestion, telling how both the Mayor and DA continue to turn a blind eye to what their ‘revolutionary’ policies have done to lead us to this point. Then, Giordano discusses the invasion of Ukraine by the Russians, telling why he doesn’t think it’s sinful to suggest that Joe Biden looks weak in dealing with the issue.

Then, candidate for United States Senate in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia attorney George Bochetto returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss a debate between senate candidates last night. First, Giordano asks what was heard behind the scenes about the candidates who chose not to appear at the debate, including Dr. Oz and David McCormick, two of the heaviest spenders in the election. Then, Giordano asks for Bochetto’s opinion on the news coming out of Ukraine as Russian President Putin begins his invasion into the contested country.
