Astrology is the secret sauce for self-care and personal growth. From digging deep into your psyche, uncovering limiting beliefs, and figuring out why you keep doing the same things over and over. It won't solve all your problems but will give you a great starting point and a better understanding of yourself. It's been a great tool for growth and self-improvement for me. It's a whole new ball game - Saturn is shifting into Pisces ...have no idea what that means? Cool as usual I lose my train of thought and go in a totally different direction.  But don't worry I make some good points...I think..oh and some announcements. In this session, I talk about self-sabotage. We stalk about how it shows up in our lives, where self-sabotage stems from, and how the brain actually thinks it's doing us a favor by sabotaging us. I give you examples of self-sabotage from my own life and talk about some strategies to overcome it and ways I've been able to move through it in my own life.
