Welcome to this Car Convo where I am driving around and sharing the random inspirational thoughts that pop into my head.
In today's convo, I am talking about how we as women often look for confidence to come after we lose weight, or change our body. We are told and taught that we need to CHANGE first and then confidence will follow.
But today I am challenging that line of thinking and telling you why you need to have the confidence first so you can then truly change your body in a joyful and healthy way and have longlasting results.
Tune into this quick episode and come follow me on IG for more discussion.

Today, I am talking to my friend Brittany about her experience with a brain tumor at 15 years old.
We talk about what it was like to go through her teenage years on meds, tired, and at constatn appointments.
We discuss how this really played out into adulthood and how she learned coping mechanisms that have helped her live with the effects of the tumor - to this day.
We uncover so many amazing lessons, in this episode, that I know you will benefit from, regardless of whether you've ever had a tumor or not.

Feeling discouraged on some days of your self acceptance journey? Like you're doing so good and then BAM old patterns start to emerge and get you off track?
What if I told you that you are hormonally primed for this and that your cycle is playing a HUGE role in your sustained confidence?
I'm so passionate about the subject of women's cycles and understanding how magical they are and today I'm touching on how your monthly cycle affects your ability to feel confident.
