If you’ve ever entertained the idea of ditching your diet you may have realized that you instantly broke out in hives, had heart palpitations and were overall scared to death.
That was me.
I was completely petrified of the entire thought of giving up my perfectly curated lists and food groups and everything that came along with it.
Even though I hated myself it was still comfortable and safer for me than this scary world of not having rules.
Today I am talking about how this journey went for me. The real way it played out, the hard decisions I had to make, the courage I had to have and how I knew when I had a real problem with disordered eating and food.
